Just got back from the dodger game! It was awesome. AFter weaver gave up those runs in the 6th I kinda wasn't in the game. There were too many hot chicks sitting beside us. But when things started rolling again you can sense the intensity at the park.
Damn Weaver could've gotten out of that inning before the Edmonds bomb but i guess it wasnt to be. He held his composure and came back for one more inning though. WHAT A GAME! WHAT A GAME! Damn I hope tommorow's game isnt this heart stopping cause i cant take it anymore. 
Cesar Izturis with the game winning single and that play where Walker was called safe was just.....WOW! One thing though, we need Bradley & Cora to break out of their slumps soon. Finley with another bomb aswell.

I like to give the Cubs a hard time but they really came through yesterday with that clutch hitting. I was just waiting for the crowd to boo Sosa after striking out but he took that first pitch back up the middle and then Lee cleared the bases.

Only reason Sosa got that hit was because Mota threw him a change up. Marlins TV even commented it. It was a bad pitch to throw.
Glad the Marlins came back today and crushed the Cubs. Hopefully they can do the same to the Expos tomorrow. Remember White Sox fans, get to the park. Root for the Marlins!

Damn what a great series but we couldnt get the sweep. 2 runs short of a sweep, I personally thought throwing Nomo out there to pitch against the Cardinals was a bit too much too soon. Nice to see Edwin Jackson pitch some innings, hope to see him back in the rotation or bullpen more often. If only Nomo could've kept Walker in the park we could have won this game. Still good see the Dodgers continually pick themselves off the floor to tie the game again and again. Bring on the Padres!!!

By the way, in the Cubs game yesterday did you notice what Cabrera did? They didn't show it on tv here. Found out a fall ball went deep in the seats around the Bartman area and Cabrera did what Alou did in the NLCS.
Marlins all laughed, McKeon laughed but the Cubs said they didn't notice. That's when later on Cabrera ended up getting hip with the ball and acted as if he was going to charge the mound. I didn't understand why he did that until I found out about the joke he played.
I wish they showed it on tv, I want to see it for myself. Sounded pretty hilarious!
