Even if I don't really care for his music, I find myself rooting for Adam. Don't really know why, but I hope he does well.
Have y'all heard this Gotye song "Somebody That I Used to Know"? It was evidently huge internationally and now it's taking off in America in Alternative. I think it has huge potential to cross over to Pop radio too- I think it's already about to enter the top 10 of US iTunes!

Not much of a fan of the song, but I hope the early previews mean that the rest of it will be better. I wasn't a big fan of the first album, though there were some songs I liked.

Oh please. Everyone knows the only thing good to come from the "Queen of Clubs" was Rapture, and the only contemporary remix that matters is the Avicii one, which has been getting abused at clubs worldwide.
The only other contemporary pop/club hit that matters is the Morgan Page/BT/Sultan + Ned Shepard/Angela McCluskey megajam In the Air. Shame they did the classic dance music video trick and had some broke-ass model lip-sync to McCluskey's vocals.
I still have no idea if she was actually shading her or if she just meant she didn't know her personally.

That's why Mariah is the Queen of Shade. Madonna is reductive in comparison.

Haa @ the shade. You Da One and Talk that Talk (while amazing songs) suffered the same fate as CKB and Man Down last year. Release two singles at the same time and neither do particularly well. Same thing with Beyonce and most of the tragedy that is known as '4'. Hopefully #CAKE is released on it's own.
