First off, that 31 and 17 percent probably overlap. Secondly, it's a trailer with spoilers and is tagged as such. There are several TLoU trailers that do not have spoilers included. The people you mentioned will be fine watching those old trailers since the only thing that will be missing is better graphics to compare the two, as well as the fact that PS4 is their only option for this game unless they're going to buy a PS3 for TLoU, which would be stupid since they already have a PS4.

TLOU MP is so underrated among Third Person Shooter fans and probably because it was always marketed heavily as a single player game rightfully so in it's own right. Hopefully this time it picks up even more on the MP side of things.

Between this bad company, warhawk, Shadowrun, and gears these were my favorite multiplayer competitive shooters of last gen

All of ND's games look noticeably worse in MP than in single player. The outsource all of the MP character models.

People make fun of that viewpoint all the time, but films are most typically 24FPS - 30FPS is literally more cinematic than 60.

The thing is, video games are not films, they're video games.

and 60fps gaming doesn't take away from developers bringing a more cinematic feel either. Just go ask Kojima, he's the big dog when it comes to this.

Pretty much. Corrine Yu tweeted how she was working to make it getting it above 60 so it I would guess that means they're pushing for capping it at 60 with no drops.

Confirmed to not be happening:

We recently announced that it’ll be a level playing field in Factions mode as player progress from The Last of Us PS3 multiplayer will not carry over to the PS4 version. However PS3 players will be getting a supply bonus to give their progression a boost. We can now also say that all current DLC content – head items, weapons, and survival skills – that you have purchased for PS3 will be available for you in the PS4 version. GTA had a trailer with a few quick cuts in it. I want a minute of walking around game in action.

But yeah TLOU has shown nothing. It's rather disappointing.

A proper 60fps video made the rounds (maybe at Gamersyde) and the improved framerate was immediately apparent.

Fair enough. Gives new players a chance to play on a semi level playing field and the purchased content and boost for those that played on PS3 is a great way to move up quicker to play with more experienced players.

Communication people use it. The tactical kind not the teacher hates me mom make me some chocolate milk kind.

And watch each others backs at all times.

I like to play respawn only to get into the swing of things if I haven't played in a while, once I play a few matches I go to the survivor mode, one death per round, no respawn.

The facebook integration is a nice touch as well.

above 60????????????????????????? damn, i'm not even sad I have bought it for ps3 but never played it. if it's even true it'll be at an average of 60, this company deserves my money (twice). same thing with GTA5, i bought and played it. it was amazing,it pushed the ps3 to it limit, that needs to be rewarded.

I cancelled by pre order. I will wait and see how big the graphical improvements are - if there are any at all.

With TR DE i saw a big improvement, with GTA 5 (if the trailer is indeed the ps4 version) the same, but with TLOU i`m not seeing it. Hell they don`t even show some gameplay to show the upgrade. To me it seems they try their best to hide it because in the end its just a resolution and framerate bump, and they didn`t went the extra mile like the SE and R* did with their next gen versions.

And that would be a shame, that third party devs would put more effort into their PS4 software than a first party studio.

I don't understand why people keep freaking out over the "spoilers". It's just like a movie trailer, without context you don't really know what you're watching.

The only reason they put "This trailer contains spoilers" is so no one can blame them if they get upset.

It's just like when people were pissed off that the first teaser showed the (spoiler tagging only for the sensitive)

scene. I had seen it many times before playing in reviews/trailers/whatever and it did nothing to affect my playthrough, because the only reason it has any meaning/resonance with the player is the context in game.

I didn't know I'd ever play the game so I watched Rev3Games' Spoiled Games discussion on the game, so I knew about a couple of twists

and again, it didn't affect my playthrough at all (I forgot a good amount of the stuff after watching too). The gameplay is still awesome and it's still a physically and emotionally draining experience. I hate spoilers as much as anybody but it's a bummer when people freak out as if they've totally ruined the game for people, which could potentially make someone choose not to play it

That's actually a really big selling point for me.

I plugged my Dual Shock 4 into my PS3 and played TLoU with it, and it made a really big difference to me, and that wasn't a fully supported DS4 title.
