Contacting a mod would probably be the best thing to do. I'll send a PM once I get back from work (have to run out in just a second) later if no one else does first.

Regarding the possible thread split, I think there are pros and cons to both either approach. Having one thread prevents fragmentation obviously and keeps everyone closer together. But two threads I think makes it easier to follow specific discussions and would also allow us to have a spoiler policy for the rewatch in case any first-time viewers decided to join in.

Regardless, I'm excited by the prospect of a rewatch. I drew up a potential schedule last night that splits each season into two or three episode chunks, trying to keep as many two-parters and thematically similar episodes together as possible. I don't have my heart set on this or anything, so changes and criticisms are welcome, but I thought I'd it out there to get the conversation about the schedule going. I think it would be best to start discussion of new episodes twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays, maybe?) since 3-4 days seemed to be about the longest that new episodes could keep us going during Korra's airing.

I might take to watching it with you guys, but I don't think I'll be able to give much in way of replies. I have a lot of tests and stuff coming up. :/

Then we'll await that one epic novel sized post when school is done for you, you'll probably crash Gaf with it.

I only listen to this song every now and again because it gets me every time.

I've stopped listening to that track for that very reason. The pain of LoK being over is still too much, and that song triggers it.

I eagerly look forward to LoK comics, just to see where they go from how the show ended.

Will Nick allow them to develop a full blown lesbian relationship in the comics though?

Also, you can always rewatch the series.

I haven't felt sad since it ended, simply because of how satisfying it all was.

Sounds good.

Love it. Freaking Nick just release them already.

I really want to make a proper quiz for "What Avatar nation would you belong to?" because the one's I've found so far are stupid obvious.

I'm such a loser. I love personality quizzes.

I always get Fire Nation in those quizzes, which I'm happy about, since they have the best women. Asami and Ty Lee FTW!

Just watched The Mentalist finale, and now that's two of my favourite shows in the space of two months which have ended(LoK and The Mentalist). Thank fuck Vikings and House of Cards are coming soon, because this shit sucks.
How was the finale?
Yeah, it was what we were expecting Azula and Omi to do with the next community thread. This OT was supposed to be temporary until one of them got the community thread up, in which case we'd start the rewatch. You or anyone can start the thread, but we should probably put our heads together as a community and agree to a rewatch schedule (and some general rules) before it goes up.

I would suggest doing one episode a week. Two-parters should be done as one episode, as well as Sozin's Comet. Doing it once a week ensures that there is ample time for everyone to watch the episode and discuss it enough. Plus, if we can post it in OT, then more people would jump in, and we'd have a bigger group in on it. Hell, we may get people new to the series this way. Multiple days a week might be overwhelming.
i don't get a chance to post in here much, but could i join this rewatch? haven't seen TLA in years
Absolutely! The more the merrier!

I'm leaning towards twice a week still.

I feel the discussion will die down after only a few days and then we'll revert back to whatever the heck this thread is doing right now.

I'd agree only if this thread stays in community. If it goes into OT, there's a chance we could treat it like any other show thread, because it might be a bigger group of people and may even garner new people.

I'm very optimistic.

Yeah, twice a week seems better, it will give me time to take part in the rewatch whilst binging House of Cards.

Monthy anime recommendation for Feenix anyone?

This time around, no action. Just fun.

Witch Craft Works - while it has a fair bit of action it is very fun.
Humanity Has Declined
Also go watch Kiki's Delivery Service if you haven't seen that yet.

Just googled this, and wtf?! They made a series for Steve Rodgers girlfriend? Why?!!!

Because she's awesome and the series has been fantastic so far.

It's a fucking good show, dude. Much better than AOS.

Both have been good, especially AoS's second season. While imperfect, first season of AoS gets too much hate.

But I like that they made Agent Carter. It's just another point of how you can make any minor character interesting given good enough writing, and creators should take risks like that more often (though it's hard to say how much of a risk it is considering it's fucking marvel.)

I don't know if it makes me hypocritical that Parent-child incest grosses me out as much as it does when Sibling incest hardly phases me (that might have to do with me being an only child), but even when the relationship isn't blood related, it's disgusting. Suvira shipper have issues.

It's probably the fact they literally just tacked on Kuviras back story that I don't even think about it when reading fan fics .

Why do I feel like the only person on here that knows about older woman x younger woman lesbian porn? Shit's nectar of the gods, sweet pervy ambrosia.

Since Kuvira and Su aren't related I can give it a pass, it's not like Kill la Kill or something like that, so meh, Suvira shippers can go crazy.

I'm not really into that, but it's fine if you are. It's just that the fact this this the woman who raised her as a daughter that makes it icky to me.

Tbh, Baatar was going to marry her, so he probably didn't see her in a sisterly light when they were growing up, or atleast I hope not, same for Kuvira not seeing Baatar in a brotherly light. Kuvira was probably seen more as a guest than as a part of the family.

And then she tries to murder her at the drop of a hat. We can take Su's words with a helping of salt. Probably just said that to shift the blame and to big herself up to Korra. "Oh I saved that poor little orphan girl, she was like my daughter." Yet she never introduced her to Korra or even conversed with her on screen. I can actually agree with Kinvara when she said that Su viewed Kuvira like a show dog. She raised and groomed her but never really gave her any affection.
