I do think Length hurt the game really badly. And while the game play is fun in the Korra game, I don't think it's deep enough or complex enough to really warrant more than 2 playthoughs if that. (Which is a shame since Bayo is amazing, but then again that's comparing 60$ games to a 15$ one which isn't fair.)

Also for a Warriors games. One Piece Pirate warriors 2/3 actually have a decent amount of depth in it. I mean, they actually do have cancels and your first playthough can actually be pretty challenging if you start on hard mode.)

Oh, no not that. I know it has those, it's more...how can I say it. I think the type of combat it presents wasn't utilized in a way that you needed every single one of your bending styles even on higher difficulties. Since it was Bayo lite, I expected being able to cancel out of any move and continue or rest a combo.

But the Elements are super imbalanced. Compare to say, DMC 3 Nevana, good lord that weapon is nearly useless to a first time player. Most will look at it once and never try it again. However it's easily one of the more powerful weapons in the game once you get the hang of it.

Legend of Korra, elements are flat out better than one another. Fire Bending speed doesn't really make up for the lack of power and it's not like the other elements are particularly slow.

I was surprised however, when their were Cancels in the One Piece games, like being able to dodge mid combo and continue the combo types of cancels considering how most people talk about those type of games I thought I was just going to be mindlessly mashing away. But I actually was challenged at some points.

I don't get why Chapter Black is regarded as being so terrible. I really liked Chapter Black. It's not as good as the Dark Tournament, but it's incredibly close and certainly better than the Spirit Detective and Demon World sagas.

I liked Chapter Black a lot better the second time. Sensui was a great mirrored version of Yusuke and the territories give off a stands vibe to Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. I don't hate it at all actually, it was just very dark, which I wasn't expecting it to be. The multiple personalities of Sensui was a pretty nice touch as well.

And his wife, she created Sailor Moon.

I actually can't believe they're still together, but that's nice to know actually.

Nope, whenever a mangaka goes on break or miss a week there always reason given for the break and a return date.

When Kubo went on break for two weeks they stated he was recovering from the flu.

Arakawa went on breaks a few times during FMA because she was pregnant.

When Oda is on one week breaks for reserch or they say he recovering from his bad flu he had.

And they always give a expected week of return unless it is a serious medical condition. Like with the DGM creator.

With Togashi they flat out state HxH will be on hiatus with no dates or reason for the delay.

The only time we got a why was last year when they said hes back was hurting that was atleast 8 months ago. Plus if it was more serious we would have more info.

It's pretty alright. Better than Crystal, that's for sure.

Okay been wanting to make this post for a bit.

Legend of Korra top Villain designs.

I pretty much like all the villain designs in LoK, hell one of them is my favorite villain design of the entire franchise. None of the designs are over the top or impractical.

1. Amon: His design is simple yet effective (my favorite designs), Amon is a tall man that has nothing but a bit of battle gear that cover up any skin, a hood and a simple red and white kabuki mask. Besides for the end we never get to see whats under all that gear except for his piercing grey eyes.

The reason why he has the best designed villain of the franchise is just how they use his design in the show. Episodes like A Voice in the Night and The Revolution are great utilization of his designs to make he threatening, mysterious, powerful and just a force.

2. Kuvira: Her and Amon were neck and neck, but as I said how they used Amon design put him ahead. Her design is simple and effective, a military design with showing off her authority and her power with every few imperfections besides the mole and her hair (preferred if they keep her ponytail but it be a bitch to animate). Her metal bands actually serve a purpose besides looking cool she can use them to fight and restrain.

3. Zaheer: His later design is reminiscent of gurus and air nation clothing we have seen in the series. A robe like clothing and a stash in darker colors grey and dark green that contrast withe the traditional bright air nation colors yellow and orange.

I wish Zaheer keep his hair and epic beard though, they reminded me of Alan Moore. Although it makes sense why he changed it. To blend in because if he kept that shit he be spotted in a heart beat.

4. Vaatu & Una...: Not much i can say about Vaatu, he a kite like spirit and his colors are supposed to contrast Raava and represent him being the spirit of choas etc. Like how in the wan episodes there are little tweaks to his design as he separates from Raava and he grows bigger.

Unalaq: I don't like his design.

Yeah, I get why they had to cut the ponytail since having to animate it moving for every frame Kuvira would be in would be a massive pain. I was just listening to the third episode of book 3 commentary and Mike talked about how much Studio Mir hated animating the little tassels and stuff on the Earth Queen.

I wouldn't be surprised one of the reasons Korra got her hair redesign was to make her hair easier on the animators. Plus short hair FTW, she so good with the short hair to me.

He probably used loreal since he worth it. /bad joke
