I'm not a huge fan of his flamboyant dance though. They just re-skinned the exact same animation from vsDC.

"MortalKombat9channel" has a video of unlocking a large chunk of the Krypt, and thank god, Sheeva's alternate costume doesn't suck. The face paint could've been better and yin yangs are silly, but it doesn't look embarrassing like her primary Borat swimsuit.

Well, Sheeva was rocking the "Borat swimsuit" in 1995, before Borat.
The yin-yang are just a symbol the Shokan use and the original Goro had on his costume (1992).

I do know that, but it doesn't make it any better. No need to repeat their nearly 20-year-old design mistakes.
Also, the stop motion puppet could pull off the Borat look better than the new Sheeva with freak supermodel proportions. The Armageddon Sheeva was a step in the right direction, this new one should eat something. Or someone.

We're talking about the klassic costumes for the ninjas, the ones you get from preorders, not everyone's alt costume. No one yet has unlocked a classic costume from the krypt.

There are costumes in the Krypt, the retro-costumes are the ones we still don't know if are in the Krypt or not; unless there's recent proof of that.

You can get the regular alts available either way- krypt or beating the arcade ladder for that character.

Either get them "for free" beating the ladder mode, or "pay for them" with the Krypt; or so others have said.

I'd rather beat Ladder with each character I want the alt and leave the "koins" just in case for other things.

But, nothing about the retros being there as unlockable one way or the other.
