That was sort of what I'm saying. It's just too similar to Aoki for my tastes. You just know the "defrosting the Ice Queen" arc is coming, even though we already had it with Aoki. I have a suspicion that Miyoshi's parents are pretty much just like Miyoshi. But maybe not. It seems like "stern" parents are exactly the type that Takagi would easily impress anyways since he was already a genius outside of manga. To me, Danzo just seems like the kind of guy who will do terrible things and then justify it by saying he's doing it for the greater good. I wouldn't consider people like that "good", although in his defense ninja are supposed to act that way.
I don't think he's any more of a good guy than Sengoku.
Most people wouldn't think that the things they do are evil. I'd say the most evil villains are the ones who really think they're good.

I don't think that's an illusion, so I'm sure that Aizen is hurt. He'll probably retreat. I must say that their plan was excellent.

Damn, it must suck realizing that Danzou himself was never really going to surpass him. What a tragic way of dying. Sakura is still as stupid as ever thinking she could handle things on her own. And I don't think Karin will die or that she got sucked in by that technique Danzou used.

The reason I mentioned that was because the purpose of all the captains attacking was to show Ichigo a weak spot that Aizen may have and if this attack was actually successful, maybe it'll be the right time for Ichigo to go in and strike.Dedication Through Light said:

Started reading this a couple days back, it actually really good !, I like the art style, the story and characters are top notch too, Im still in Greed Island and im really liking it. This is one of the few mangas where all the training arcs are great.

what the fuck, I just finished Greed Island, Fucking Fantastic by the way, but what the hell happened to the art around the end of Green Island and currently where I am right now ( chapter 180 ) it's just fucking sketches, does he have any assistants or does his wife help him out ( Mangaka of Sailor moon )?
Doubt that genjutsu would have worked against another Sharingan user, nonetheless Itachi.

when you kill a character, and moments before his death, you give a sad sob story as to why he did what he did... it's pretty hard to swallow, and makes pacing feel forced. I mean, it's so cliche, but then again this is shonen :lol
Anywho... I'm not looking forward to next weeks boring chapter. Sai "my new teammates totally hates meh now were buddies and i just stand around and talk" VS "I'm more of a burden and a liability than a teammate" Sakura.

This is the worst, and one of the most horrible things Kishi has done in Part 2. Almost all of the characters he built up (especially the villains), he only gives their motivations and back-story (if we're lucky) at the very very end in a flashback. It's pretty much his plot device for saying "I had no fucking clue what I was writing and where I wanted to take this character". :rolleyesEpcott said:
