Also, I'm selling of the items in the last tab, like dolls, broken things and stuff like that - because I don't know how I can make use of it. Only know how to sell.

Go to a blacksmith and dismantle Junk items. Most of the time, the Junk items won't give you much if you sell them.

About Romance:
I was going to do a second playthrough doing the opposite of what I did, but idk how I'm gonna choose Yen over Triss. It's not even that I really like Triss, Yen is just really unlikeable.

I am trying to find the music that plays when you are to the southeast Novigrad. Not the "Merchants of Novigrad" song but another that also plays during the P
yres of
N
ovigrad
quest.

Any help?

What are te best skills to take for death march? I just can't decide on anything... :(

AoE Aard is probably the best skill to have. With enough points in the sign tree you'll be casting it every few seconds having enemies permanently in a state of stun or in a full knock down which you can insta-kill them in. The signs are all pretty useful, what I'd suggest for that tree is

5/5 Melt Armor
2/2 Sustained Glyphs
3/3 Delusion (for the dialog stuff)
3/3 Aard Sweep
5/5 Firestream
3/3 Magic Trap
3/3 Active Shield
1/3 Puppet

You can get that done by around level 10 if you hit up all the places of power in White Orchard and most of them in Velen. From there you can go into the swords tree to improve your damage. Remember to put greater blue mutagens on each branch because that'll improve your sign intensity which increases stagger chance and burn chance. It's possible to hit 100% on both without touching the 4th row of the signs tree, better off moving elsewhere after getting those points allocated.

Here is what I have build on Death March;
First thing I took was HP regen skill from utility and after that started to build up fast attack skills. I took sign for dialogue stuff, but has proven useful against humans, bears and such. Plan is to take some Quen and maybe Igni stuff to fill 2 slots with blues while keeping those three utility skills. Armor and skill for it is light.

Early on DM is rough no matter what build you plan on, but with this build there has been no issues with progression. You kill enemies fast while have rather good survivability.

Man, I didn't wanna know that I had to choose between the two at some point in the game.
I know literally nothing going into this game, and it's awesome so far, and I like both Yen and Ciri! :)

So there are some rumours (from credible sources) that in some next patches there is going to be in the inventory another and own tab for books, oils, elixirs, etc. I really hope that it's going to be in the really near future :)

This game have a stash or anything similar?

No just ways to upgrade your max inventory weight.

I'm really struggling with weight in this game. I'm @ 116/160 with everything cleaned out. I keep no books or notes. I wish I knew what materials I would never use. I try to keep all stacks of materials around 50. I don't even loot anything anymore in towns.

I also wish, that it would save the way we have organized our items in each tab, which it currently don't. It just stacks it all together and let's us automatically sort things.

Yes, it is extremely annoying having my inventory changed when I try to keep the extra equipment I have organized (which I have given up on).

Good. The inventory menu for usable items is a mess. Whose bright idea was it to sort books/notes/maps in front of bombs/potions/food?

My bad I edited with spoilers, but if you wanna know you
don't really have to do anything with either

Thinking about getting the game, is the monster combat as good as Dragon Dogma? Do you get a house in game?

Not in my opinion. The combat in Witcher 3 is pretty fun and relatively satisfying, but has no where near the depth and variety of skills.

For me, the gold standard for Action RPG combat is Dragons Dogma, but Witcher 3 is also very good. Just my thoughts on it - but maybe that helps you if you are also a big Dogma fan

Edit: also, as far as I know, you don't get a house in this one

Am I glitched? I can't equip my grapeshot bombs, it says I do not have any. I've already crafted them, and I've already restocked them as I just rested but, they arne't in my inventory...

50? Keep 20 as your upper limit, with maybe the exception of Dimeritium(sp) stuff, because that stuff is massively expensive and I'm not yet sure how much of it any end-game crafting will use

All items have weight? Sell of excess junk alchemy and usable items. That helped me out tons. If u have more then 10 sell

I like how crates and barrels aren't just filled with pointless crap like linen and twine.

You can find alcohol, ingots, emerald/diamond dust, etc. It actually gives you an incentive to search them.

There's mine. I think Sun and Stars (I think it's called that, the 10 vit per second in day time) is useless and respec'd just to get rid of it. I call mine an Adrenaline Point build. I have 5/5 in that last tier of battle trance so I can cast a max'd out sign (gains all perks for every sign in the sign tree) when I reach 3 AP's. I use the Whirlwind to restore HP. Not sure if this is a bug but the decoction that that says when you use stamina you gain HP, well if you whirlwind one time (hold square) you gain 100% HP. The point I picked up in the 4th tree lets me cast signs with AP's. Went 2/5 in that 2nd tier incase I take a killing blow I don't die as long as I have AP's. Also I don't lose any AP for getting hit now. I dunno it seems pretty fun so far.

I envy your red mutagens. I'm this far into the game and still don't have 2 greater ones.

Bear armor is GOAT - I ain't even mad about the Stamina nerf.

I expected a bit more from the quest "A Deadly Plot" does anyone know if it continues later?
Seems like all I did was get Thaler and then the mission just ended

There are merchants in Skellige and 1 in Novigrad that sell it.

I wish I could make the inventory default to usable items tab, when I open inventory I'm more likely to use that rather than weapon/armors, how often you change them? not very, but usable items? you need often. Is there any PC ini change to do this?

What are te best skills to take for death march? I just can't decide on anything... :(

This is what I'm using:

5/5 Poisoned Blades (one of the most powerful skills in the game)

3/3 Exploding Shield - Quen
3/3 Active Shield - Quen (awesome source of healing)

3/3 Delusion - Axii (great for story purposes and allows for easy insta-kills)

5/5 Muscle Memory - Fast Attack
5/5 Precise Blows - Fast Attack
3/3 Arrow Delflection (would just go 1 point on this if I had an extra skill slot)
5/5 Fleet Footed
1/1 Cat School Technique

Wearing a full set of Enhanced Feline. Death March got pretty easy at 16. I struggled up to 12 or so. It would have been much easier had I started with Poisoned Blades and Active Shield.

Standard feline armor looks so good. It's a shame all the upgrades get progressively worse.

Then again the best looking armor in the game is the starting set so the whole rest of the game is pretty much a search for armor even marginally as badass.

My search for the rest of the game has been for best stats. I dunno, just me I guess :p

It would be pretty awesome if they added in Enhanced, Superior, Mastercrafted etc. variants of the starting armor in the expansion. Make it the Wolf school set and add some wolf fur on their it'd be amazing.

Alright I beat the game and did not play a single match of Gwent. Now I'm going back and doing a lot of it, cuz it's the shit. Is it possible to still get all the cards after you've beaten the game or have I permanently missed some.

i definitely lost at least one since one character I had to duel against is not on the map anymore

I agree.

The game is so fantastic when it's all working properly but I don't remember a game in recent memory that released buggier than this. It sort of annoys me that a lot of people are giving CD Project Red the benefit of the doubt 'cause they show 'fan appreciation' but Unity got torn apart in reviews for how buggy it was and this has rarely received anything lower than a 9.

I'll admit, it's one of my favourite RPGs of all time but there's some serious issues. Game-breaking bugs and all sorts.

It's crashed precisely once for me and I've had no other bugs occur as of yet that I've noticed.

It does, outside of the minor dips, occasionally drop the frame rate noticeably but at its worst for me this has been a short lived, sporadic inconvenience and not prolongued or remotely 'unplayable' or any other similarly ridiculous knee jerk description that has been bandied about.

Besides, I'd rather play this than many other games that have much better framerates but much less passion and imagination.

I hope CDRP can improve the technical flaws and iron out the bugs. I certainly have faith they will try their hardest because this is a game that clearly demonstrates the passion and care they put into creating it.

Early on HP regen is awesome skill to have as it saves you money and consumables, but I have been considering dropping it now that HP is 5+k making 10HP / ~5 seconds rather lol worthy. Also money and food for days in pockets so even that makes it even less worth for me at this point. Focus is very nice general skill because adrenaline increases sword and sign damage, and with all increased adrenaline generation you get nice amount of damage output early into combat.

In combat I use a lot dodge step with some Quen and Aard thrown in so I personally don't get much from skills that prevent adrenaline loses from being hit. I just aim for not getting hit :b

Also those red mutagens... it was like pulling teeth to get them. Blue and green drops like nobodies business, but reds? ffs...

who sells the respec potion?

That sorceress I had sex with had one of those on her.

Already forgot her name. She must not have been very good. Keira?

Running a alchemy-potion build Geralt looks like a sith lord half the time.
AQ2myom.png

If Geralt doesn't look like this, you are doing it wrong.

I drink the potion that allows regeneration in and out of combat all the time. Other times, I use the " enhanced sign intensity in cloudy weather " potion. Then just wait for a storm. Up to 80% intensity.
