Yeah. I just sold all my pearls to the loan shark for florens and converted using the dwarf banker. I've got 55k in crown. That should be plently lol. I haven't even been to skelliege yet.

So is there a recommended way to approach selling stuff or dismantling it? I've gotten a lot of weapons now that aren't of much use, but not sure if the components are worth it or not.

I sell all extra equipment. Seem to be able to dismantle everything i need from the junk i collect.

Man, it's awesome how different Skellige feels from Velen. It's got a whole unique mood and atmosphere to it permeating through everything. If this was Assassin's Creed the 2 maps would be sold as separate entries and no one would bat an eye.

I beat it! I scoured and cleared every POI, Contract, Secondary, Treasure Hunt, and Main quest. Including all of Gwent(minus 3 cards I cannot get anymore). I estimate around 150 hours.

Definitely one of my all time favorite games.

Oh yeah and I beat it on PS4, while reading complainers and whiners of all types gnash their teeth about this version. I imagine they still will be in a few months, cause some people can't see the forest for the trees. Their loss!

I've been dumping all the things I don't feel like losing track of at the herbalist in White Orchard; books, trophies, weapons I'm waaaay overleveled for, stuff I can't find people willing to give me good prices for, etc.

Actually, looking in my Galaxy client it appears there are two patches to be up to date. In your case v1.01 would be installed first Afaik, assuming you haven't downloaded that patch previously.

Try downloading the v1.01 patch from the official site and see if that works. Not sure if there's some way of rolling back the previous patch, or if it can just be patched over.

The innkeep quest or the Velen players quest. The latter shouldn't be that tough, the innkeeps tend to have better cards though. Stjepan was my first major roadblock

Make sure to buy cards from all the inns you come across.

Posted this in the performance thread, but I may as well post it here and see if anyone knows;

So I'm getting a weird "grid" looking effect in certain scenes and when LOD levels change as I walk towards certain things. I also just got a new GPU, so I'm concerned that it's a problem with that, but I saw it on my old GPU as well so I think it may be the game. This is what I mean (I'll link possibly spoiler-y pictures);

In the green force field

In the wall behind Geralt

In the light on the wall

Again, in the light

What is this? Is it the game or my GPU? Like I said, I saw it on my old 760, but I'm seeing it more on my new 970 after this last patch. It's only in certain scenes, but I'm seeing it more and more.

Edit: Okay, so apparently it's called "dithering". Is this caused by a fault in my GPU, or the game?

The same thing's been happening to me post-patch. On a 970. I think it's a bug, because I don't recall it happening previously. There's a lot of weird fading in and out, too.

(And we're even in the same spot, haha.)

Oh good, I'm glad it's not me. I was worried I was going to have to RMA my GPU because something was wrong with it. Hopefully it's something CDPR can fix, because it's quite annoying.

It's probably the game. I'm playing on PS4, and I've seen it once: the shadows of some folks in the tutorial section were dithered. Haven't seen it since, though.

That wasn't in the patch notes...

Scared the shit out of me

Getting this annoying glitch on PS4 since the patch. At night when holding a torch, theres some kind of blur effect thats glitching out the flame on the torch when i pan the camera left of right. Looks really weird.

Im having a hard time letting go of maxed out first tier upgrades. Especially muscle memory and strength training. 25% is a lot of percents in this game.
