The shamed sportsman, who was exposed for his serial cheating behind Elin’s back in 2009, is desperate to win her back, the magazine claims, offered a $200 million prenup to the stunning Swede.

And she is said to be considering the proposal, but only if he includes a $350 million anti-cheating clause.

Elin, 33, who had children Samantha, five, and three-year-old Charlie with the ace, won a $110 million settlement when she divorced Woods.

Now she is said to feel the new deal, worth more than half of Woods’ $600 million, would be enough to keep him from cheating again.

Nordegren is reportedly considering the proposal from Woods, who is desperate to get Nordegren back, but wants a $350 million anti-cheating clause added to the contract.

Woods' proposed deal reportedly is worth over half of his estimated $600 million fortune.

"Tiger didn't even balk at the demand. Even though his accountants think he's crazy, he's ready to sign the pre-nup and set a wedding date," a source told the magazine.

When Woods finally talked about the whole mess one reporter asked him why he ever got married in the first place. His simple explanation: "Because I loved her."

How long do you expect the remarriage to last?

I think Tiger should stick to his offer of $200M and include a vesting option that pushes the yield close to $350M over the life of the contract.

Tiger is spending Dan Snyder money on his ex. Be reasonable.

Anti-cheating clause is easy money. Go 50/50 with someone and they'd both walk away with a fortune their families could enjoy for 100 generations.

Jesus woman, you got it MADE.

Is that $200 million what she gets, or what she gets if they divorce again?

If the latter, might be a smart move as he wouldn't have to pay her alimony and child support the next what 15 years or so?

If not, he crazy. I'm all for love, but I wouldn't want someone to only consider marrying me if I gave them millions of dollars to do it. Seems like that sort of person would be an expensive prostitute.

Thinking of; could this be a way around prostitution being illegal. Sign a $50 pre-nup, get a quicky marriage, do the deed, and then divorce and hand over the money?

He should be declared unfit to handle his own affairs at this point.

So, you guys do realize that Tiger is the #2 golfer in the world right now, right? The only thing he wasn't able to accomplish last year was win a major...which I'm confident he'll win this year.

He doesn't need Elin to do that. Stay the course, Tiger. Your comeback is nearly complete.

I don't think he cares about his comeback. The dude seems miserable.

This is fucking crazy to me.

The point at which you start entering into negotiations on this level, I have no idea how the resultant relationship will EVER feel like anything but a business transaction. Like, EVERY aspect of it.

Her body must contain the secret of eternal youth or something. I'm sure there's hundreds of beautiful women who would marry him for half of that, even pretend they didn't do it for the money.

Heh it's funny, thinking about cheating. Why is it when a person has everything he's willing to risk it all for a couple of one night stands.
