The reiatsu at the end is probably just Ichigo and his friends, including his school friends who finally used their tickets and maybe Yuzu and Karin as well because I just don't feel like any part of this ending will take place in the human world at all. Oh and the other Visoreds too. Fuck it everyone is at SS. Also I'm convinced Komamura died of old dog age.
