is that a reckless chest? i took mine off cause i thought its been fixed and i was thinking 10% more incoming damage from these mobs will be hard to deal with in the higher DZ's (then again i'm playing solo)
got this as a drop from a supply drop boss. need to extract but i'm nervous as fuck.
currently sitting at a DZ checkpoint waiting for my survivor link to recharge

Yup. Put on armor with modslots and Toughness rockets up. I'm gonna try and get loads of lvl 32 Firearm mods with armor now.

Has anyone spent any time with the S&D missions, or hunted down any HVTs? If so, how are they (difficulty/reward wise)?
I thought drops in the new DZ were supposed to be 204+? Am I overlooking something, or can low level gear still drop in the higher DZ?

Lvl33 O'Rourke melted my face MY FACE, repeatedly. At least you seem to get respectable drops from named. Glad to be able to try to gear up through the DZ.
Only did S&D. It's shit, go there, kill lvl30-32 mobs, go back to base for 163 gun. Haven't tried HVTs yet.

That's cause it was suppose to be for fresh lvl 30s. That's the reason they only give 163 stuff.214 Lone Star mask and 204 Gloves from Hitsquad HVT. Also got another skin called Venom.
Oh man these Search and Destroy are terrible lol. 3 heavy elite cleaners and we dropped them in like 2 seconds.

High Value Targets. Just did Clear Sky and got 240 gear set, 204 M44 and 204 M1A. Way too easy and quick.

Is there even any mechanic to Clear Sky or just straight up kill all enemies and profit?

A 191 version of the holster was literally my first drop after entering the [0-160] DZ post patch:
My first gear set item, pleased to extract it despite it not being useful.

Just kill shit. Get 2 bombs and open new area. Kill shit. Pick up electronic fuse boxes while avoiding mortar then put both in. Kill boss and its done.

Managed to play for about an hour this morning, and i got Lone star knee pads from doing 1 of the search and destroy missions.

I ended up dieing at some point with 2 or 3 greens, and the guy i was playing with caught it by mistake trying to rev me. Didn't even care.
I only played DZ for 30 minutes. With only one guy helping out. and we only ventured to DZ3.
