THPS1 levels not being designed for the manual is also a point.

That didn't stop them from bringing old levels to American Wasteland etc. if I'm not mistaken.
Still mad because no "Five Lessons Learned" or "Guerilla Radio". No THPS3 songs in DLC as well?
Still mad because not on PC (never really learned to play the games on pad, always rocked out on keyboard), leave alone a non-steam retail version.
Still mad because no Bob Burnquist or even Create-a-skater(?).
Yet still madly happy because oldschool THPS games were godly.
Also, Marsielle was one of my fav levels - fuck the haters.

Man, I just connected my Gamecube and launched THPS3. Skipping classes and playing these games was the best thing in the world!

Never used the d-pad on GC. But as I said before, DualShock was/is the way to go with these games.

oh trust me, i played 4 with the analog stick. because the d-pad was horrible. any time i've played it on systems with a good d-pad, i've used the d-pad.

I might still get this... in fact I probably will.
The lack of content is kind of disappointing though. Only 7 levels (of which 2 are downhill instead of free-roam) with no create-a-park is pretty mean. I really hope they add more THPS1 and 2 levels via DLC.

i dont think i ever played tony hawk split screen, we just took turns beating levels if I played with friends (or HORSE, I dont think horse was split screen).

Well that's nice to hear, but the game still kinda sounds half-assed to me with some of the features missing and only 7 levels. I'll probably get the game still tho.

so true. i put so much time into Tony Hawk demos. even when i stopped buying them with THUG, i still spent hours on the demo for each one up through American Skateland.

I hope the THPS3 dlc has some songs from that game in it. Probably not though, since that would require effort, money, and caring about the series's legacy from the people calling the shots.
I just want my "Boy Who Destroyed The World" in it.
And I am still pissed about lack of splitscreen and stuff, but the lack of create-a-park is so disappointing to me. I had so much fun creating stuff with the THPS2 level editor. Made some zany parks with it.

Wow, just read the OP in detail and the skater list sucks. I understand that being a DD title there isn't going to be an abundance of content, but only 7 rather small levels, 4 game modes , 4 classic characters (don't really care for the others) and no Create-A -modes I can't expect there to be that much of replayability in the game. Multiplayer is pretty much the only thing that I'd buy the game for, but still there's just so little content in it.Is that all the skaters? Please tell me it isn't. No Glifberg, no Kareem Campbell, no Geoff Rowley!
