naruto shippuden premiered in japan as a 1 hour special, so the pacing was deliberately slow

Honestly, the only "bad" One Piece arc is Davy Back Fight.
There are disappointing ones like

Honestly, the only "bad" One Piece arc is Davy Back Fight.
