happened to me in the demo too, not in the full game though. what did you set your region option to? It seems you find alot more lobbies if you set it to english version only.

Just press the lower right of the screen. The touch input has the same function as select.

Changing the "eye-view" to tapping the bottom right screen with my thumb was the best decision I made in that game :U

Out of Ammo needs to do the prior key quests before, it limits your choices by the person with the least progress.

Edit: Damn, this happens sometimes when a non-host starts missions or just randomly.
