I Liked it. Like Godzilla or similiarly themed game you need to be a fan. Despite the sometimes generic gameplay the developers did a fantastic job with the universe itself. As you play you acquire subroutines (Deus Ex Mods) that change your abilities and it is up to you to properly upgrade and allocate these abilities (I really liked this). Tron has terrific character models but the weapons are on the blah side (not visually though as they animated superbly). No matter what weapon I had for the most part I still used my default disc, the sniper rifle and this other cool weapon that you use on ememies up close to fry them out of existence (that was cool) but I ignored all the others but that does not mean you have to.
The beginning levels I thought were blah and the light cycle races were uneventful but as you play the story picks up as does the game so you have a nice incentive to keep playing. In the end the story was outstanding but the epilogue was crap. The game is fairly long also so definitely worth the $19.99 if you are a Tron fan.
Another thing, the game looks tremondous in 480P.
