I'm not surprised at all. I always thought it would be weird thatthey might be spending some of the switch 2 event on switch 1that just seemed strange to me.
What it does prove is that there is no distinction between general directs and mini directs if theyre first party because the direct mini in March 2020 was longer than 30 minutes, and it was a shadow dropped on YouTube. It didn't get a 24 hour pre-announcement like this one did. But of course, this one's really exciting because it means there's gonna be some really good stuff even though it's short.
I would definitely expect Kirby and Metroid prime 4, and fewer games than normal, but more time spent on the games that are there.
