In response to Government advice, we are now taking further steps to help ensure the safety of our staff and customers at this difficult time. For the last couple of weeks, we have begun to follow guidelines on increased personal hygiene for staff and workplace cleaning and now have begun to implement some additional safeguards:
- We have now relocated as many office staff as possible to work from home including our Customer Service, Buying, IT and Accounts Teams. This means we no longer have access to our phone lines until further notice and therefore, for any queries or assistance please contact us via the "Help Desk" section within your ShopTo account OR via our Facebook Live Chat whereby our team will respond to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our opening times/working hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM and our team will respond to Tickets and Live Chat during this time ONLY!
- Our Warehouse is still open for receiving stock and dispatching all orders as normal and will continue to do so unless there are any changes made to the postal and courier services. Our Warehouse Team are working extremely hard to meet all customer delivery expectations and most customers will not notice any change in the high level of service you have come to expect from ShopTo
