Mine originally did say the 19th this morning, but then I updated my speed delivery option and then it changed to the 20th.
I did speak with Amazon this afternoon and asked why my date suddenly changed from the 19th to the 20th, and they said they're not shipping them out till the 18th, so we may get them on 19th.... but we'll definitely get them no later than the 20th.
It's kinda annoying because I pre-ordered mine with Amazon on the 17th of September, so was expecting a guaranteed 19th of November. Could have easily gone with Shopto.

Did you guys go to the change shipping speed option and confirm it? Because I did that earlier on today and it changed it to the 20th. I think someone mentioned in this thread or another pre-order thread that it won't show the correct date until you confirm that. As I said, this morning it did say mine was arriving by the 19th..... but now it's saying the 20th after confirming the change shipping speed option.

Mines been 19th Nov since day 1, so its not as if any logistics has gone into it Amazons end, they have just given the release date. But to be fair, Its never changed. I NEVER had an option to change shipping speed. Always been classed as "Standard delivery" even within the "Premium Delivery" option

Mine did say the 19th this morning. I've always had the option of changing my shipping speed. Mine used to say prime delivery but now it says standard delivery.
I still think I'll get it on the 19th. The person from the Amazon chat did say they'll ship them out on the 18th. Not sure why they can't ship them out from the 17th. Even if you get them a day earlier, it shouldn't be a big deal. You're then guaranteed to get them on the 19th. It's better to ger it earlier than later on.

Why are people changing the shipping speed?
Mine was Prime when I ordered it, I see no reason to go anywhere near that button.

Mine was ordered as prime, but it seems to make no difference, its listed as standard regardless. I was just nosing about.

ShopTo announcing to customers that their Xbox Series S and X's are in the warehouse and being arranged for the next collection, so anyone who's ordered a PS5 with ShopTo should receive a similar notification soon.

Both Game and Smyths now telling me I can pick my pre orders (one for me, one for family) on launch day. So, if you are collecting from either of those, you’re all good

For anyone ordering off ShopTo, I just spoke to a customer rep and they said all Xbox's are being delivered by DHL and all PS5s are being delivered by DPD.

Not long to go now! Got the day off for the Xbox and the week off for the PS5.
I take it everyone is holding back on the extra SSD's? 1tb ones are a half way measure for me. I'll wait till the 2tb ones are around £200/250.

Got my updates on both consoles. Courier says they have thenps5 awaiting delivery day, dpd have emailed to say they’ve got my Xbox as well.
going to be couchless for the Xbox delivery as our new suite is delivered next week but the courier hasn’t committed to a date and we need to get rid of our old suite in preparation!

Anyone who ordered from GAME (guest checkout) got any updates? I ordered one through that for a friend and pretty much had radio silence since order confirmation.

Ordered the XSX for myself(MS Store), and purchased my bro a PS5(Game).Also, radio silence for PS5 from Game as had to use guest checkout too. They did say they will transfer the rewards to my account after shipping though.

You can transfer an order to your account by logging in to your GAME account, and tracking an order using the number of the order you made on your Guest Account.

I ordered on a guest account and had radio silence since the initial email. I wouldn't worry. Amazon is the same.

So you can track an order on your GAME account using the order number given, if you haven't been given it hold out till then.Hmm, how does this work?
But as soon as you track an order to your account, it should allow you to change things like address, shipping speed, card details and be able to track it step by step.
If you have your order number give it a try, I think the reward points still have to be manually sent to you after the order is completed.

I'm stoked. I pre-registered my interest in the PS5 with ShopTo on June 16th. When it came to confirm the pre-register, I did straight away. Got an email at the end of September to say I won't be getting the PS5 on launch (booooo).
Then mid October, I got another email from them saying I would now get it on launch day if I pay before the end of October. Paid for it so fast! lol
So now I am getting the PS5 on launch date along with the Pulse Headset and some games. Now, wonder if I can pay extra for morning delivery as work owe me some hours, so could finish at 10:30 am

In the same bucket as me brother, I registered my interest back before the console was revealed, but changed my interest for a Digital Edition a few weeks before the price revealed but as the interest in the Digital was so low I managed to get my order confirmed for day one!I'm stoked. DPD is confirmed to be delivering every PS5 from ShopTo aswell so I can't wait!

Does it allow you to track the order still? If it does I would say you are still fine, Amazon are the biggest retailer and they're still yet to update customers so I would say not to be alarmed!

Oh really, how do you do that in your account? I would like a morning delivery also, but in pre orders there is no option other than "remove".
Hi me again, my own pre order is with Shopto, where did you get confirmation of that, I messaged them and they said it would be DHL or DPD.

I asked their customer service rep this morning at 7am after seeing some XSX orders being delivered by DHL who aren't very good in my area so I asked if DHL would handle any PS5 orders as I only wanted DPD if possible.
The customer rep told me that all Xbox Series S and X orders were being handled by UK Mail (DHL) and all PS5 orders were being handled by DPD.

I dont think I have ever been able to track it, last info I had was the order confirmation and also a chat with the game customer services to confirm it went through but cant seem to track it.

I know you didn't reply to me but I can answer that anyways, when you order with DPD, the minute you get your tracking link you can upgrade your delivery to a before 10am or before 12pm delivery for a minimal fee on their site, I have done it before, it's great.

Smyths haven't deducted payment for my PS5 digital yet. I think I will be ok as I got it in just as they opened up after the live stream.

Just got an email from Game about my online pre-order - basically just saying they will take payment in the next few days and for me to make sure my details are correct. Nothing newsworthy but nice to hear from them (as I've not had an email from them about it since the actual order confirmation).
