Why is it impossible to find any info on XBOX S X pre order info from Shopto, seems like no one ordered from there?

For anyone pre-ordering ShopTo who are yet to recieve updates.
Look on your Order History section of your account and check to see if there have been any updated invoices added onto the history, these should have a tracking link.
If you haven't got an invoice update or email like me then hang tight! ShopTo have one of the largest allocations in the UK of PS5s to get through due to their official partnership with Sony.
That is why they are using Centresoft to distribute the consoles as there are too many for ShopTo to keep inhouse!

They are still an official partner with Sony, that is why they have deals on things like Digital top-ups and don't have the same reductions for Microsoft.
It is also why they are plastered with PS5 adverts where they weren't for Xbox during launch.

In terms of GAME tracking codes - just be patient!
When I got my DualSense from them last week I got the email saying they had shipped it overnight between Tuesday and Weds (similar to when people have got their PS5 shipping emails this week) but I didn't get a tracking code until Royal Mail emailed me on the Weds afternoon.
So just sit tight as I assume tracking numbers for the console will be sent out in a similar way.

Just checked mine, invoice and shipping note for the console are now there with todays date, thanks, that's stopped myheart palpitations for now at least! Still nothing in my email or dpd app but at least I know theres movement now.

Same. Last week when i pre ordered the Dualsense mine didn't get despatched until the evening before and i got it fine on release day i live in the south maybe they despatch at different times depending on location.

Nobody is getting it before tomorrow. Unless your dad works for Sony, your dad works for the shop you ordered it from or your dad is the courier doing the deliveries.

Incidentally I ordered one for a friends sister who lives remotely but the shipping is with Hermes (Amazon) shipped this morning.

All i have from shopto is an invoice from last week saying "shipped" which includes the PS5, but all they actually shipped was an extra dual sense. Nothing there at all about sending the PS5 today

Mine was in orders and also order history. Give it time, I think youll get status. Like others have said, Shopto system is archaic but eventually it gets there.

Had no idea! PS4 launch was horrendous for me for that reason! Driver was on my road at 1pm but never delivered til 7.30 in the eve!

So I've never had issues with Yodel - but today I had another package delivered with them (unrelated to gaming stuff) and they didn't even bother trying to find my flat - they just dumped it at one of the other flats in the building that has a different entrance to mine and the notification about where it had been delivered was awful (it said house 6 which meant I didn't know if it was flat 6 or if they meant number 6 on the street). Really not in a good mood about them being used tomorrow now - half tempted to phone them up as soon as I get a tracking code and give them explicit instructions not to leave it anywhere apart from with me!
