Unfortunately, the bulk of it is the changelog. Unless you guys want me to convert every single nerf and buff to a single syllable - it's not happening. The actual OT will be just one post. I am trying to stay as far away from bloated OT as I can.

I know you prefer a one post OT, but wouldn't it be more convenient to leave the changelog until the end and make it its own post to not have to worry about the character limit?

You know, I'm more than fine with the new Magneto, but I really wish they would make his Hyper Grav H faster. I think it should be his main projectile, not EM Disruptor L. It's so Magneto-like, but nobody ever uses it.

Attraction/Repulsion and Hyper Grav should be his main moves, and his combos should suck. That would be the perfect Magneto to me.

I'm so confused by all the changelog talk lol. I was assuming that Enzo will have more than one post and the main OP with the big guns would be one post. The rest(chagelogs) would make up the next couple of posts or whatever.

I am still certainly hype. Busy with midterms and whatnot though. I'm sure there will be rumblings when the next costume set/Capcom change log goes out. Were we given a date on that or are people just assuming it will hit tomorrow?

I don't know why people assumed it would be today. The first changelog(the system changelog) came out the 14th - a Friday. The Marvel changelog came out on the 21st - a Friday. We're probably getting the Capcom changelog the 28th - a Friday.

Frank and RR might be revealed the same day, too. The 28th is the first day of the London CC, so we'll probably get them first, then the changelog. Similar to what happened with the first changelog.

Yeah sure clicking ahead one more link isn't a big deal, but so isn't scrolling down a bit more, especially when you don't have to sift through the OT itself to find the link to it. And it's not like the OT is massive either, most of the characters have gone towards links to YT videos and formatting.

Consensus?

Excited to see changes to Wesker specifically, and how they detail the sunglasses over it, or whether they deliberately leave stuff out. Knowing Capcom and their overfascination with the sense of "discovery" in fighting games, they'll probably leave a bunch of the changes out intentionally.

EDIT: Just to clarify, the stuff about Shuma's meter I am interested in is how much is drained exactly. Is it always the same amount? Is it character dependent? Is the drain 1:1 or is it like drain 1/3 a bar, get 1/5 a bar or something? Do different grabs drain different amounts?

I'm mostly interested into Spider-Man's changes, and how the nerf of airdashes will affect his mobility - does the other stuff make up for him?

Copy + Paste of Dahbombs work without many of the the spaces in-between to make them more readable. I would format it with indents and such to make it as legible as possible within the character limit, probably won't do banners per character because that's a bit excessive/messy. Broken down by character alphabetically. With credit given where credit is due of course.

Probably will link to Dahbomb's breakdown of Tournament results too in the MahvelGAF section too to get people up to speed.

I also have a post written just blowing up people who said now amusing things during MvC3 ("@Phoenix: "MvC3 will have more dead birds than KFC.") but I cut it because it'd clutter up the OP. And I have a "Make Your Team!" post with links to rehosted pictures of all the alt colours for all the characters for people to use to post their teams with their colour combinations but I also cut that. Will still post it for the fun, but not in the OT as it's non-essential.

Hmmm... one thing I'd like to see is if it's possible to combo with Web-Ball canceled into Web Glide OTG after an airthrow with Spider-Man. Also if j.L instant over-head still works with Wolverine. I'd also like to see Deadpool's Quick Work > Chimichangas, just for kicks.

I second kirblar's notion that if you have Shuma-Gorath, the most informative thing possible would be a breakdown for him as we have enough footage of everyone else already.

Other than that some messing around with Iron Man's cancels to see what new combo potential there is would be appreciated, but I doubt it at the top of anyone's list. I just make sure to ask for more Iron Man stuffs whenever I can

Sounds good, and definitely bold the names of the characters for easy reading. I think very narrow banners could work, though.

Man, do it your way. They can scroll down every one in a while. The change log itself will help people CLEARLY understand that this is much more than a simple rushjob and that is extremely important here. The reaction that people had to the H&H mode thread(overwhelmingly positive imo) should clearly present how important new information can be and what better info to show off than hundreds of character specific changes?

The change log itself will help people CLEARLY understand that this is much more than a simple rushjob and that is extremely important here. The reaction that people had to the H&H mode thread(overwhelmingly positive imo) should clearly present how important new information can be and what better info to show off than hundreds of character specific changes?

Storm would have been the perfect replacement for Hsien-Ko in the OTG hyper department, but her normals always felt really wonky.

Haha, Storm was working out pretty well for you. Not very used to playing her and was getting zoned out pretty hard. You used to see her a lot more online in the early days but her use dropped off very quickly.

Phoenix Wright = 600K LVL 3 if you have all 3 evidences. You will have timer to determine how many damages evidences would do. (if it hit second box then it should be 400K damage I think)

Thing is, some characters have long names (Captain America, Super Skrull) and you'd have to either squeeze the text or push the face more to the right. You seem experienced enough so I think you would have discovered it yourself and edited the size later on.

Haha. In the worst case I can simply abbreviate the names.
It was a test picture anyway in how it would look like.

And as said... I'll only take over that task if enzo is OK with it, but I'd be willing to spend some time for MahvelGAF... I haven't really helped out so far. Not willing to spend that time for all the work to get wasted though. XD

For Europeans, zavvi offers the lowest price I know of. €28.45/£22.85.

I would however not advise getting it from there if you want to play the game day one. Zavvi's shipping is very unpredictable, with delivery times in between one or three weeks and in rare cases even longer.
