Under Night In-birth Exe:Late |OT| Under Night In-America

I know this was posted earlier, but does this say anything about the console characters being added in the arcade version 2.03's update?

After getting to try this out for a few hours, I really like this game. Really easy to pick up.

Although I was not using the vorpal system that much in the beginning, but at the end of the session I was starting to abuse it.

Throws are really stupid in this game man (in a good way!)

One thing for sure is to get used to blocking a lot. Which is no problem for me.

Nanese and Yuzu are really cool characters, but for now as I don't have the game at the moment I'll stick with Hyde and Akatsuki

Hyde is so basic, I like that his pressure options are vast with ex fireball, ex air fireball and chain shift. I need to get used to using his 6B > 5[C] for combos instead of abc > fireball. His 66B is nice for pressure. I don't know how safe it is on block though.

Akatsuki, the struggle you must endure with this character lol. Once he gets in its really hard to keep him away after that 214A is like plus on block. With that and throws being good its scary.

Anyone have any recommendations for buying Jpn psn points digitally? I've been looking at play asia to get the points needed for the game, was wondering if I can find it cheaper?

Well I have this now

PSN: Retro_Funk

now to begin the arduous task of finding a character

Just a heads up the UNIEL tournament is now on the TSB stream.

Really curious if they'll have this many people at the next one.

Bace's Merkava was pretty fun to watch. Love watching him drop the "Family" as wakeup pressure. As much as I'd seen JP Merkava play, I was surprised I don't remember seeing that move too often, if at all.

I shouldn't really be watching this ATM... but a bit of distraction isn't TOO bad... good to see where all the lab'n is going!

It's because the worms are actually ass. Me and Bace had this conversation like day one. C worms are okay because they let you get away with some extra stuff, but they don't add all that much. Plus, they sometimes mess up confirms -_-

Well, good to know. Even if they don't have much of a long life competitively, I'm glad to see them get some use. Good things to use in the early days where they have that extra mindbreak factor.

Glad to see Vatista players starting to use the crystals too, that was something I was missing from her JP play.

I'm in Europe.

I have optic fiber though. It's definitely not flawless, but I wouldn't call it unplayable. (even though persona is smoother for US / EU fights)

Wow, if that was Europe, I'm actually impressed with this game's netcode. I've had too many bad instances of where I get worse connections with BB with people one small region away in the US. That internet of yours is compensating for a lot too I'm guessing, since that's better than some of my P4U matches with GAF.

GGs, but I have to take care of some things. I'll play again eventually.

Also seems like Eltnum's combo being unstable on Linne is also unstable on Hyde. Going to have to do my other combo then if I confirm too close then.

That was some nice early Yuzuriha to watch. Probably one of the better ones I've seen since release. Nice to see her beat up on the REEPAH himself.

I... totally forgot Love MAX!! came out.

Was at NorCal Dogfight today for the first NorCal UNIEL tourney, they had about 45 entrants. Ended up tying in 17th, did pretty well with Vatista, still have to work on her combos a bit though and I still forget about some of the subsystems in the game.

Add me I am in France : Thomasorus
Same for other european players on GAF. Launching the game now. ^^

Ah man, I hate how Linne has both a qcb and a hcb special, and the combo I'm trying needs her to confirm into the former. I'm used to this a bit from playing Felicia in Darkstalkers, but this game has too much input buffer memory, making the half-circle come out in all situations if your motion wasn't immaculate. Makes me wish I was a pad player.

In fact, this game has so much input buffer memory that I can input DP with a 360 around the top when my character also has a qcf motion. That's 698741236+ATK giving a DP and not a fireball. xD
