Holy shit! :lol Doesn't seem to have much activity but the content is gold.

Holy shit that whole post:

Me too! If Obama wins, I just don't know what I will do or how I will live or cope, if I have to hear on Nov. 6 or days after, that we have to put up with that man another 4 years....... that voice, those lies, the "Revenge" and devastation that he may bring on America after the election. I believe that he will tear down and ignore every law that has been made to make us a FREE Nation, and will establish a dictatorship right here in the USA, If given that next 4 years. And if given that next 4 years, I believe that by the end, he will have torn down that "two term" law for a President to serve and that he may be our last President........dictator..............the thought scares me.

Hope that's just a stretch of my imagination!! I just don't trust the man! He has already gotten by with more than anyone in the world has or will ever have, by making his own laws and rules and breaking down every other barrier he can to suit his own purpose.

God forbid that he wins!

wow

I wish we didn't have term limits so I could keep voting for Bill Clinton

I don't know why people keep quoting national polls like they mean anything. They seem to be a media tool to reinforce the narrative that this race is a toss-up and keep people tuned in. All that matters is electoral math and polls in a handful of battleground states.

All I know is tomorrow night will be fun for someone. Libs keep pushing the National polls dont matter, read Nate Silver! Conservatives keep pointing to polling samples, turnout and independents. Then you have the group of people saying dont pay attention to any polls at all.

For my money, I keep thinking back to 2004 when the polls were saying Kerry won. I dont trust any of them to any degree of accuracy.

Well so far as when we will know a result, don't count out a 2000-style nightmare with Ohio taking the place of Florida. Obama has 600 lawyers on the ground in one key OH county alone; I imagine Romney has a similar number. There's so much talk about voter suppression and rejecting provisional ballots that if it comes down to OH and that state is close it could be days or weeks or another fucking Supreme Court battle.

Quick question for you guys. Last election (2010), I was registered to vote and I was given the address to show up at. It was a church a couple of blocks away. I went in there all hyped, but the poll worker couldn't find my registration on the list, so she gave me a provisional ballot (I had verified the address, and my registration as a California voter beforehand). I really don't want to cast a provisional ballot this year, so if they happen to do the same to me can I just tell them to let me cast a regular one? Do I have some kind of right to a regular ballot?

Yeah, that's been my fear as well. Hopefully it wont come to that.

No, you need a provisional ballot.

To make matters worse, imagine GOP/Freeper conspiracy theories when they realize the District Court judge in charge of resolving the provisional ballot dispute is a Clinton appointee who looks like this:

Did you not see Nate's chart? Easy money.

Those that they religiously follow Silver's blog seem like ones that would fall for pyramid schemes.

"See, look at how high that percentage is! He can't possibly lose. And this is based off of statistics and models and stuff. That's science, right there. You can't lose against science."

His lies about Chrysler moving Jeep production to China from Ohio, when in actuality Chrysler is adding jobs in Ohio.

Ah ok. I had heard about that before. My understanding is that they are expanding to China. The response I got from the R's I know was that they COULD be adding a plant in the US but they aren't so it's still shipping jobs to China *shrugs*

Is there something wrong with science? I'm not a Republican so I tend to favor it.

It's not like he predicted two elections in a row or anything!

This doesn't make any sense. Anyone with any knowledge of statistics would know why pyramid schemes fail.
