I dunno if you all have seen or heard about the film coming out soon called Unleashed. It's a Jet Li/ Morgan Freeman/ Bob Hoskins film. The trailer looks totally awesome and I was worried about this film sucking, harshly, regardless of it's potential.

this dude from AICN put up his review though and he's saying it's awesome. Makes me excited to see it now.

uhhh no... looks hot... but doesn't look like his best work... of course I could be eating crow later. But I doubt this will touch Tai-Chi master, or Fist of Legend...

Didnt you see the part where he was pissed off? Thats when the ass kickin starts. Which worries me cause that means ill be watching a lot of human drama before getting to see retribution.

it just doesn't look as good... the whole "running man" underground fighting scenes look a little on the lame side... still will rock! But I doubt it will go down as his best work

Yes...laughable premise taken laughably seriously. I'm curious to see how Li winds up being a fucking martial arts expert after being a "dogman" for most of his life. I'm also embarassed for Freeman (not so much Hoskins as he's already done some steamers) for participating in this film. Hopefully he was able to see something I wasn't based on the trailers, because I was literally cackling aloud hysterically when I saw them at the theater.

I'm pretty sure he was meant to have been raised for the lone purpose of fighting.

He isn't a martial arts master inthe movie. I mean, he kicks and punches, but it's more savage than his usual stuff. He isn't taking any elaborate long fist stances or anything like that.
