There are zero 1st party games on current Us PSN Flash Sale and only 1 or 2 on regular Black Friday Sale. Meanwhile there are tons of really good deals for those games in retail stores.

I really wish Dragon Quest Builders was cross buy. Same with World of Final Fantasy, which I wish was on sale as well. While I prefer to play on my PS4, it would be nice to move over to Vita if I want.

Yes. You will have to delete the disc install and download the digital version from PSN though.
