The problem is Venom needs Spider-Man. They are almost the perfect foils for each other. The first movie should have been an intense, horrifying battle battle between Venom and Spidy, with the second being a team up against Carnage, to save innocent lives, which of course Venom protects despite his/its insanity and burning desire to eat Peter's brain.

I still can't believe this exists and is really made by Eminem, it's true garbage from the first movie.

The first movie was OKish it did get lost in it's own nonsense and turn to shit in the later half.

I'm still looking forward to this new one because Tom Hardy is always crazy and Harellson is very entertaining to watch too.

The god awful comedy aspects that were shoed in didn't help. Venom is supposed to be a dark character, so why tf make it a comedy (other than the fact all superhero movies go off the same crappy template).
