Of course I've made such poor quality jokes to and from family and friends.

However, and this is important, not publically at the expense of someone "out of that loop". Neither do I make a living from it, then go and act as a spokesperson for Microsoft or BT.
 
I hate that KSI dude. Guy just isn't funny. Just screams at the camera overreacting. Worse than Pewdiepie. Almost.

I can't believe Razer has stuck with him after all of this. As if they would want to be affiliated with him in the first place. You've got it easy if you've got 100k+ subs apparently.

I'm always surprised at how wellrounded this guys videogame and industry analysis is. On topic, though, that is some shady ass marketing tactics, and that guy seems like a piece of shit to be honest. It's like he said in the video too, I'm not so much bothered by the booth babe who allowed him to motorboat her, as much as I am by him insulting that lady for the sake of his lame ass comedy video. Fuck him, seriously.
 
The difference between this guy and folks like Eddie Murphy who went from RAW to Meet Dave is that Eddie Murphy has talent and was actually funny once.

This is exactly what Lees says it is - a shortcut to access 4 million people. I think what it really underscores though is how naive any of us are to think that advertisement is about anything but taking shortcuts for the sake of visibility.

In a way, injecting corporate tags into these amateur personality cults is a supremely logical marriage of co-dependent equals.

LOL @ "censoring the press". Anyways, he should just edit out the copyright parts and use quotes. Almost the same effect, still can make his points, and there's no longer a valid reason for the video to get removed.
 
I am subbed to KSI, some of his videos are alright, although it's a bit hit and miss these days, many videos are obviously just for ad revenue.

But I agree with Matt Lees on this one, he's not the right person to push this but I can see why Microsoft thought it would be a good idea.

Lol @ the copyright takedown. The ridiculousness of Youtube, it's not even worth following up which is why the copyright claim will stand.
 
Wow, i used to watch some of his FIFA videos quite a while back and then stopped. I figured he was still doing the same thing and didn't realise he became an internet 'celebrity'.

That expo video is seriously awkward and insulting. I can't believe no one hit him when he made some of those comments. Disgraceful stuff in that video and i would hope companies look at that before they decide to hire him in the future.

Well, his video was used without permission so he's got every right to. I think discussing his video and the small usage of it is pretty clearly acceptable fair use though. No idea if that really matters for Youtube's rather cruddy copyright claim management.

I don't think any company that hires women with an ad of We need you to wear a tight shirt so guys can see your boobs and booty shorts so they can check out your legs and ass. Your job for the day will be to stand there looking pretty and flirt with anyone walking by to get them to pay attention to our product is going to be upset by those vids.
 
KSI is a complete cunt, always has been. Unfortunately he is extremely popular in the UK, especially in secondary schools. To make it worse he has some how managed to wriggle his way into the bosom of some high profile footballers like Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and has made television appearances in the pre-match coverage of games broadcast on BT Sport this season.
 
Things are already hitting off on twitter, I've seen both Mike Bithell (creator of Thomas Was Alone) and TotalBiscuit speak against it.
