Wolfenstein, Uncharted, Horizon. Light fall overall. I'll probably get Sonic Mania, Knack 2, and Battlefront 2 at some point as well, but not at release.

SNES Classic (assuming I can get one Day 1 lol)

I'm not really interested in much of anything else, at least not enough to get it when it first releases. I'm all about that sale price :)

Definitelys:

- Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
- NBA 2K18
- South Park: The Fractured But Whole
- Super Mario Odyssey

Maaaybes:

- Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle
- Destiny 2

Sonic Mania
Mario + Rabbids
Metroid: Samus Returns (buying my first day one 3DS game since owning one in 2012 lol)
SNES Classic...if I can get one
Super Mario Odyssey

Interested in:
GT Sport
Wolfenstein
Battlefront 2
Fire Emblem

Man, almost entirely Switch on my day ones.

Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is my only real must buy game, surprisingly. I'm looking forward to Undertale (PS4), Super Mario Odyssey, Wargroove, and Hollow Knight (Switch) and will probably buy them all day 1, but they're not must buys.

Feels good to say that nothing in the OP is a day one buy for me.

There are games I am more interested in than others, Yakuza Kiwami, but must buy?

Nothing!

The former EAD Tokyo crew is the only developer to earn my trust sight unseen for videogames.

They've yet to make a bad game.

I'm with Kintaro, there is nothing in that list that is a Day1 for me. Zelda and Tacoma was. Will buy Metroid: Samus Returns but probably not day 1. Yakuza-games used to be day 1 but not post-ps3 for me. Maybe there will be some surprise launch though, otherwise it is backlog-reduction for me.

I've bought barely anything this year with the intent of getting rid of some of the backlog, but Sonic Mania's a definite day one for me.

Currently been in a bit of a funk after the Horizon, Persona 5, Nier Automata triple throat punch earlier this year but I am considering HellBlade: Senua's Sacrifice and Uncharted Lost Legacy at the minute. Being a man and being there are so so many games with men as the lead I enjoy female led games on occasion just so I don't lose my mind in machismo but otherwise this year was all about Red Dead Redemption 2 but yeah. There is more Horizon coming in November so I am thinking the Hellblade, Uncharted, ?, Horizon DLC is probably my Day Ones.

I have Yakuza Kiwami already preordered so that's one for sure.

Other than that Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is an absolute must but i'm not sure if i want to buy a Switch just yet for only two games that appeal to me.Not to mention that i'm expecting Nintendo to delay XC2 to 2018 later this year.

Edit:Crap i completely forgot Dragon's Dogma DA for PS4.Definitely getting it on day 1,hope there will be a CE.I will pause whatever i'll be playing at that point to focus on DD once again.

Nothing!

<Does cartwheels>

You're happy that there's nothing that you're overly hyped for? I'm failing to see how that's a good thing.

Anyway, Day One:

Yakuza Kiwami
Pokémon US/UM
Battlefront 2
PES 2018

Probable Purchases:

FIFA 18
COD WW2
Evil Within 2
Destiny
Mario Odyssey
PUBG if it releases on X1
Uncharted
Ass Creed depending on reviews

I made a similar list for myself a few days ago to plan the rest of 2017.

My must have day 1 games are:
- Uncharted Lost Legacy (practically cost me $30, bought with UC4 season pass price at Best Buy)
- Destiny 2 (still debating if I get the PS4 regular $60 or the $100 Deluxe Digital. Reason is my friends will get it on PC, then I assume I'll follow them, but I ain't gonna wait a month to start playing D2, so may just double dip)
- Metroid: Samus Returns (easiest $40 of the year. Day freakin one!)
- Battle Chasers (I backed this on Kickstarter a year ago, so I am getting a PS4 copy as a result)
- Super Mario Odyssey ($60, Day one, nothing else to say)
- Super Lucky's Tale ($30 game, great price, been looking to try this for a while and an XB1 exclusive, so reason to turn the XB on again)
- Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 (Switch version, since its $40 on Amazon, and if rumors are to be believed that preorders get DLC that include the story of Xenoverse 1 on the Switch, then a no brainer)
- Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen (at $30 for a rerelease, glad to replay this game. Odd a sequel never materialized)

Likely day 1 games, but waiting for more info/maybe black friday:
- Knack 2
- Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy (only thing stopping me is the $80 price tag, but it is 4 complete games, the entire Naruto series and complete story on nasty good cell graphics, what's not to love)
- Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 (Switch, saw some gameplay, looks great)
- Star Wars Battlefront II
- Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle

HELL YES DAY FN ONE!!!!

OMG YES!!! Rocket League SWITCH!!! 😄😄😄😍
Sonic Mania (Sinic is back BABY!!!)
Uncharted: Lost Legacy (dat ass.gif)
Rime Switch (if the port turns out aight)
Cuphead (PC if it's not delayed...I sense a delay lol).
Mario Odyssey (pre-ordered!!!)
Seamus 3DS
Hob (pre-ordered after playing at Pax ❤️❤️❤️)
Snes classic if by some miracle, may have to reach out to my old contact at Nintendo.
Knack 2!!
Wallet may cry (for real, holy shit!! Thank God my Birthday is in September).

Pick up at some point:
Zelda BOTW expansions
Cave Story switch
Yoshi Switch

Maybe if reviews are stellar.

Battlefront 2
Need for Speed
Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle
