What is it with people who take a shit and not wash their hands?

Stupidity? Utter lack of care for your fellow man? Poor upbringing? I don't know, but to me it's unfathomable behavior. To me it's just a thing you do without even thinking about it, an ingrained behavior just like brushing your teeth at night or using a fork to eat.

It is so disgusting! It is also why I try to avoid touching handrails, door knobs in public places like malls etc. Also always remember to use a paper towel to open the door as you leave a public bathroom since you share it with these non hand washing animals.

I work in silicon valley at a tech company. At least once a week I see someone leave a stall after obviously having taken a shit, and walk straight out the door. It's the main reason why I even bother using hand sanitizer. I don't want fucking norovirus you dirty motherfucker.

Just wash your hands. It is very inconsiderate of you to bring your toilet business back into the office and come into contact with people without telling them this. Honestly, everyone around you would want to know that you don't wash your hands. They would want to know that information before they come into contact with you.
 
On the topic of strange bathroom behavior.

There's this old guy in our office who will just keep flushing the urinal over and over again as he's finishing his wiz. He'll flush it like 3-4 times in succession. Really strange.

I guess it's close enough to the topic of the thread, but I just cannot understand people that won't even flush the toilet, for starters. Like half the college students here at a pretty decent school don't flush. I guess they do tend to wash their hands quite a bit though, but nearly everyone uses the automatic hand dryer, which kinda balances out the goodness of handwashing by being nearly loud enough to cause hearing damage.

Depends. If it's yellow let it mellow. If it's brown, flush it down. It's a common opinion for those who follow water conservation. Different for urinals as well because the piss isn't dilluted by bowl water. You obviously don't want to wait too long and start having the place smell like piss, but at least water conservation isn't a health issue. Then there's people who don't give a crap about water conservation, even when they're in areas that should.

edit: PS. Don't try and sell your filthy habit of not washing your hands as water conservation.
