Unfortunately, no way of telling until the conference starts. I don't recall them having one last year - I watched it on IGN.

Hoping someone here has more of an idea about it though than I do.

This is the first time they've streamed it on Nintendo.com live. Check this to see other stream. The GameTrailers one today was very reliable for the Microsoft press conference. That's not to say the others weren't though.

I didn't go to the GT one but the Youtube stream was pretty good. Personally I don't trust Nintendo with online stuff. :lol I'll definitely check it out first but if it's not working out I'll move on to a different stream.

Hm, it was pretty poor for me last year - but hey, I was on a shitty connection back then.

If the last few years are anything to go by, there will be about 15 minutes of streaming video of the conference hall as everyone enters and is seated before the show starts - I'll have a look through the various streaming options then.

Got a test in the morning and the time my next class starts is like right around the time Nintendo's E3 will be ending . . . I have a chance to see the whole thing if I can get to a school computer before it starts but if I can't I just wont watch it until I get home. :/

Nintendo's press conference will be good, if only because of how bad Microsoft's was. There is no way in hell it could be worse. Cammie could get up and read the Sex in the City 2 script out loud and it would be better than Microsoft's shitfest.

Nintendo's E3 2006 is the best E3 press conference in history.

But I agree, since then, they have went from awesome spectacles to boring press meetings.

E3 '09 got pretty good toward the end. Unfortunately, the impact of NSMBW as deadened by the fact that we used photoshop to look through the curtain beforehand. Otherwise people would remember it better. There's a Penny Arcade comic about it.

I'll grant you that '07 and '08 were pretty crappy though.

Also, Zelda's currently scheduled to come out this year, Nintendo's new policy being to only announce games that are close to completion.

The ending of that quest is amazing

The first time you do it, you sit there waiting for Kafei to show up while earthquakes randomly happen and for the longest time you think that maybe he's stuck somewhere and you should go out and look for him. Finally, with 1:20 to go, he rocks up and you get one of the best happy endings I've seen in a video game ever.

Eh, as far as reveals go, last year's was pretty good. We got two awesome Mario titles.

I will agree that generally Nintendo's conferences aren't too hot. But this one has potential to be legendary. It's probably the one I've been most excited for since E3 06. :bow :bow
