Bought it on the series x, the controls feel funny, waiting for patch.
Its not the same gameAlready played it on the GameCube. Why would I spend $60 to play the same game? ()
I made it to to the valley, tried sniping and that was that.Might double dip on PC just so I can play it.Yeah same. I played through the first 30 minutes and held off.
I only bought it on the X because I have 2 and 3 on it. Just want to keep it all on the same platform across the board.
Not sure if serious? They made it play like more of a shooter and less like survival horror than the original though, so how does that make any sense?
It's a good game but you're definitely right. Some sections/things are legit unfinished.I'm gonna get jumped for this but : This, on consoles wasn't ready for release since it was rushed.
- control issues on the XSX
- IQ issues on the PS5
- D1 patch that addresses...the rain effects of all things.
- Mercenaries mode not available at launch (a mode which was included in the OG release 20 years ago), BUT, released as DLC barely 2 weeks after launch, meaning, it was ready, they just couldn't make it on time as to have it included D1.
- Same exact thing with Ada's Separate ways DLC.
I said it before but, this game shouldn't be receiving 9's left and right - on consoles at least.
I'm gonna grab it x months down the line when a "gold" edition comes out with everything included (and hopefully with the PS5 IQ issues fixed) at half the price, there's just no way I'm rewarding them with 70 Eurodollars with the game in such a state.
Ballistics?I'm waiting for some specific mods.
My enjoyment has really gone downhill once I found the girl, Those sections where you get trapped in a space and have to fend off hordes of enemies are horrendously unfun lol. I can't remember if you do a lot more of those sections throughout the rest of the game. I don't like dragging a dumb AI through a game.
