I liked playing Wipeout when it was on the PSP, so I'm looking forward to picking up this tomorrow after work.

Wasnt that PAL regions only? Kinda shitty for US ppl.

I think the US is able to access some digital rewards like themes as soon as they pre-order.

Looks like 24gb total, 6gb to start playing. I preloaded... the fucking digital art book that sits as an icon on your main page so it looks like you have the game. Sigh.

HD/Fury tracks take between 5-7 seconds to load on my Pro with 850 Evo SSD.
2048 tracks take 6-9 seconds.

Restarts take less than 2 seconds.

That's fully textured tracks, zone might be quicker but I forgot to check.

The FURY tracks don't have that choppy slowdown that plagued the PS3 version. And holy SHIT at Sol from 2048.

EDIT: Just switched from 2048 to HD and I'm liking it a lot more. 2048 looks sharp but readability is a pain at times. Especially turbos blending into the tracks

I also prefer just having Turbo and Red pickups vs. Turbo, yellow, and green

Wish you could adjust the amount the dash cam leans, as it is it's pretty difficult to control your craft given how wildly it turns but I love the view.
