How on earth is destro doing well?

Well, they made the Chaos Bolt spec insane, but also the Shadowburn spec even better than it was.

With the PvP talent Focused Chaos you CB hit's for 150% increaed DMG, couple that with some of your cd buffs and CB are hitting for 700-1million per, even when your buffs are on CD you're still doing 450-700k per CB.

Also, the pvp talent entrenched in Flam cause conflag to root you for 4 sec and DMG cannot break so boom 2 CBs

But if you do SB spec instead of the CB one you can use the cremation talent which is same row as Focused Chaos, but Immolate is instant and Conflag deals and addtional 5% dmg and when you use that with entrneched in flames it's super powerful

Can confirm. Playing as rdruid with frost dk and monk. Got to high 1800's in 1 day, with our mmr being even higher.

I was trying out brewmaster a bit last night and I have to say I really like it. It's a bit more management than my warrior, but it doesn't feel as mindless.

I got the hidden artifact Brewmaster appearance the other night on my monk, half-tempted to give it a quick whirl.

Well that's some shit, I had a mission for epic equipment that would give 100 resources per world quest pop up, but when I relogged into my app an hour later when my acolyte was ready, the mission was gone. I'm not sure what would piss me off more, if there's really missions that appear and expire that quick, or if a bug removed the mission. Either way it's stupid and annoying.

Edit: Apparently I'm getting a bug where the mission reward displayed is changing every time I relog, because I'm watching the missions and the name stays the same but the reward listed changes. Hopefully when I do the mission it gives me the one I want but we'll see.

I have and can now equip 2. I am a god.

...still don't have the BiS ring though :(

I think only one person in our raid group is missing a legendary at this point.
Got my first legendary in the LFR yesterday. Pillars of the dead I think it's called. Nice stats, but the special skill that makes my demonic portal instant and usable twice...sucks...go warlock legendaries:p

The flight plan I just filed with the agency list me, my men, Dr. Pavel here. But only one of you!
Man I'm pumped to do some Kara tonight/this weekend. Finished flagging last night but didn't run it, but 5 of my guildies did and it really sounds like they had a blast.

Speaking of PVP if there are any horde US gaffers that are interested in doing 3s arena sometimes, add Anbokr#1188 to bnet.

Looking to get a larger network of potential arena partners for games. You don't have to be supxgosupro (we are by no means godlike), but if you're somewhat serious about trying to win some games and know the basics of PvPing, hit me up! Anbokr#1188.

Pretty sure those are the types of panels that have never been on the streams.

It's only the eSports and main Stage stuff.

Nah, there have been plenty of these types of panels on stream before. They're the main things a friend and I sign up for.

If any of you play Frost Dk, WW Monk or Destro I suggest you play some PvP arena and get those high ranks right now. :D These specs are so OP and dominant it's crazy.

These are all just bursty classes that frankly are pretty counterable.

Like, yeah, WindWalkers can burst you down in a stun if they have Serenity up. They aren't anything special when it isn't up, though, so it's very easy to counter - just watch out for it and save defensive CDs or CC for it. Frost DK sort of the same way.

You can easily take them to 1800-1900 with minimal skill, though, if you consider that high ranking. But they're no stronger than Rets, Frost Mages, Arms Warrior, etc. WW arguable received a small (but needed) nerf to FoF in 7.1.

World Bosses still giving me hella love.

Week 1 - 865 Cloak Bonus Roll
Week 2 - 865 Trinket with socket Bonus Roll
Week 3 - 860 Ring with Bonus Roll
Week 4 - Nothing :(
Week 5 - 860 Fire Relic loot, 860 Boots with Bonus Roll.
Week 6- 860 Cloak loot, 870 Trinket with Bonus Roll

Epic World Quest gear seems to proc to higher levels a heck of a lot more in 7.1....

The problem I'm having is that as a Shaman I'm so squishy that my D Cooldown can't be used when stun, so once I'm CCd I'm finished, even using the cc break trink, I'm just stunned again and it's game over for me. And I'm always focused they know how easy it is to kill an Enh shaman, especially when my RNG SS doesn't proc, hahah. Even using my CS totem doesn't help much if they just kill it it an auto attack, which anyone should know that's what I'd do.

The problem with these specs I mention is that they're just so bursty my Defense CD doesn't do anything to stop it. I had a WW and DK kill me with in 2 secs, how so I counter that? I can't.

I still dont get the complaints of Suramar city.

Like, I keep expecting for a secret area to open where theres a hundred aggroed guards that constantly chase me, but doing dailies there and regular quests, its been fine?

Suramar city is a piece of fucking trash.

Only the elite side, the other side is fine. But hey, people want forced "group" world content to "encourage socialization," right?

I thought the same thing, then I got to the elite side. And yes, that's pretty much what it's like. Plus there's no hiding spots and fighting your way out isn't really viable any more.

Yeah, I dunno.

Maybe people have never played Metal Gear/Assassin's Creed :p

Don't get the Suramar City hate. It's the most aesthetically beautiful city in the game. Exploring it has revealed some really awesome little slice of life areas in the city to check out.

If I wanted to play a garbage stealth game, it sure as hell wouldn't be WoW that I'd choose. At least it isn't quite as bad as that terrible quest in the legendary ring chain.

That makes it worse honestly. Because you don't really get to explore thanks to the poorly done mechanics.

I'm not really a fan of anything involving elves so Suramar has been pretty boring for me.

Highmountain is still my favorite area of Legion, maybe even in the entire game.

Suramar city is a piece of fucking trash.

I find it pretty nice so far (I'm still going through my nightfallen rep and doing the quests in there, almost at revered) and I've actually been wondering when does it become bad, as I remember reading posts about it being bad in some parts.

You know, I never thought about it until today but it is kind of odd design that the PvP world quest towers are the places where you are least likely to encounter any actual PvP. Since when it is up, its just for your faction, and they are all sufficiently out of the way so none of the other faction would reasonably be there. Kind of odd that for the PvP stuff there isn't an attack/defend type deal.

But honestly I do prefer it this way, and I am someone who enjoys PvP.

The eastern part of town is the worst experience I've had in Legion.

There are literally dozens of elite mobs with 8-12 million hp at every corner, everyone one of them hits hard and every second one can detect you, not to mention the elites who can detect you even faster, doesn't matter if you're mounted or not most of the time.. The range seems broken a lot of the times I get detected.

Also, the city is a nightmare to navigate with all the different levels and portals and whatnot. The best way to get around the city is the river that goes across but good luck with that for anyone who doesn't have a Water Strider.

Oh, and what's up with some of the graveyards where you get mounted literally 2 seconds and then get dismounted again?
The western part is not as bad but that doesn't mean it's fun.

At revered and when you go to the east side with all the elites everywhere.

I well admit the city looks nice but that's it. It's horribly designed from getting around, it is an architectural mess with stairs that lead to dead ends, one way alleys, only being able to move up levels at specific places, basically made to get you killed if you get spotted. The east side has that in spades.

Speaking of bullshit in legion, it still amazes me how mobs can get stuck and evade on everything as well as how some mobs are constantly stuck below the world or, well, below a bridge in the case of the Vrykul.

If you like questing in Suramar it's because you haven't been to the elite side yet where every npc can break your disguise.

Or you're a Rogue.

Hunters have it really easy as well. I think I died twice going up to exalted. It was more annoying than anything else but FD was and doing it as bm helped a lot

dear diary,

It's been 2 months since legion launch. Still no fucking legendary :(

No legendary, no drops from world bosses. Two great items from normal TEN but none from heroic. Only thing keeping me in the hunt is Mythic+ boxes with their guaranteed 870 from completing a +7.

Karazhan was pretty cool. Though the last half was vastly better than the first half imo. Especially the last boss. So awesome.

Stupid engineering quest has me going to stupid Court of Stars but the stupid Hunter is only 834 so no stupid group will stupid take me.

I'm with you, I really like the zone and I've done the quests several times at this point. I'm working through them again on my Hunter.

Man I came so close to just ragequitting Legion this morning. I think I need to slow down and just log in once or twice a week for the 3 dailies, a heroic raid, and some PvP. Running pub groups is simply frustrating and unfun to me.

Dunno why I kill so much time running a bunch of shit mythic+ with 860-870 pubs putting out 100-150k dps and tanks who have no idea how to pull or use their CD's... only to end up inevitably 1 chesting.

Even without the guards, I find Suramar annoying to traverse. I never remember where the elevator things are so trying to get up or down a level is really annoying to me.

Then there's that elite area where basically every NPC can see through your disguise and it ends up like any other terrible non-stealth game trying to do stealth.

I really dislike Suramar.

Einchy

semen stains the mountaintops
29 kills in LFR, 27 in normal, 36 in heroic and 8 in mythic EN and no legendaries from there. I got Prydaz from an emissary quest, which is maybe the most boring way possible to get one.

Yeah, navigating the city can be a pain, but that's what the whistle, two hearthstones, and portals are for.

If you like questing in Suramar it's because you haven't been to the elite side yet where every npc can break your disguise.

All my characters can either stealth or have tank specs so I have no issues there :3

Bring some waterwalking potions with you to Suramar and just move via the canals. Pretty sure they should work while mounted, like Shamans and Death Knights can.

or a DK or a Warrior or a DH or pretty much anything that has strong survivability to handle multiple mobs in a row and a ton of burst damage to take them out.
