I've only seen little snippets but bad hair color notwithstanding, I enjoy watching Rusev/Miro being allowed to act normal. There's still plenty I'm not too keen on, but by and large this AEW thing seems to be working out really well a year into the TV deal. And Jericho can really make someone shine, either in ring or outside. The MJF and Jericho thing last night was funny. And Sammy looks like he's bulking up a little. I'm looking forward to how he can do once they stop punishing him over Sasha comments by making him lose to Matt Hardy. At least I assume that's punishment for the Sasha comments. Can't imagine any other reason to bury someone with a bright possible future because Matt Hardy joined the program. Thought the industry learned that following TNA's first decade.

On the WWE side the new Roman Reigns works really well IMO. I'm happy for him too. The performer did not deserve getting crapped on all those years by the fans, but the character certainly did. Tough to understand how Vince missed the boat on turning him heel previously. Guess he had never heard of someone that's related and went from nothing to top 5 of all time by saying Die Rocky Die.

I think the problem is these days the lack of big money competitors. AEW sure but they can't take everyone and from what I've heard before they aren't giving out the big money anymore. Impact and Roh are barely clinging on. Impact might get a few though. New Japan I guess could be an option but there's only so many that could go there.

No idea what their contracts say about this kind of thing. But I bet you are correct that a lot of stars would be better off leaving WWE with this policy in place. I'm pretty sure I read that their online earnings would count towards their guaranteed money. A few years of eye popping reports on what streamers make causes me to wonder if some of these stars would end up working for WWE but paid entirely via streaming income.

Haha i might. I was at an arcade 2 months or so ago and this guy there had on a BC shirt. I threw up the 2 sweet and complimented him. He seemed kinda surprised and not sure how to react.

That place, surprisingly, has a video wall at one spot that everytime I've gone in there, it's playing old PPVs the whole time. That night it was Wrestlemania 9. I kept looking up at it when i was playing Punch Out.

The last merchandise i bought was a Happy Rusev Day shirt (posted because why not). I have started an exchange with a friend from kik where we send each other boxes or random memorabilia, and he often has shirts in there. WAY too big for me. I'm also more of a tank top girl so i wanna take them to a tailor and get them converted. My favourites in there are the andre the giant as a bear and okada ones. Good stuff

I don't know what to think on that whole case. I know that i, as well as other women i know, have occassionally dealt with this kind of stuff and no one is believed half the time. So I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt, to an extent, for now. But this case is totally 'he said-she said' since there's no proof on either side. I'm assuming a settlement will be what happens with no one getting indicted.

You're right on those inconsistencies, 100%. She'll probably get nailed to the cross; i'm sorry, the 'symbol', over those quicker than Stone Cold did on RAW.

WWE doesn't need any help with bad press as we all know. I used to support them as i grew up watching and have fond memories but this social media theft is the last straw. Love lots of people on the roster but screw them as a company.

NXT was also better when it was Network only. Now even that is ruined, imo

Yeah, I don't know what the hell they're thinking on that one. You have legitimate competition out there in AEW, at least when it comes to potential growth and financial security for talent, so doing something like that seems so stupid to me. Do they really want to sour a portion of their current roster? Sure your mainstays like Rollins, Reigns etc won't be going anywhere, but you sour and piss away the younger crop and, I hate to keep harping back to them, it's late WCW all over again lol.
