So I just got an SCPH-50001 PS2...(this is my third PS2 and I hope it doesn't die like the other 2 I had) and I need to get rid of that damn 4 digit code FOREVER so I can watch DVDs...

Actually maybe 7744 or 7444. Hell I dont know.

I always just press the button 4 times and it goes away ._.

I disabled it on mine...

I thought it was hold down Select and enter 7444

How can you disable this? I didn't realize that was possible.
