Honestly; knowing Vince, there's a decent chance he hasn't made up his mind yet. See; Taker vs Brock at WM. But I also would not put it past WWE to try to manipulate the betting lines.

I think Lesnar takes out Cena. I'm actually kind of excited for SSlam tonight. I think there are three potentially really good matches (Ziggler / Miz, Ambrose / Rollins, Cena / Lesnar.

Predictions
Lesnar beats Cena, goes on to feud with a face Batista next. I think this actually ends with Bryan winning the RR and facing Lesnar at WM 31; unless either a) they decide to strap a rocket to Reigns, or b) Rock is willing to do WM 31, and you get Rock (in his title rematch) vs Brock as the main event.

Rollins beats Ambrose (So Ambrose can go film movie)
Reigns beats Orton, should go to feud with Rollins to get revenge for Ambrose
Stephanie beats Brie (Someone big interferes, either Nikki or Kharma)
Miz beats Ziggler (continues feud)
Wyatt beats Jericho (continues feud, rubber match at Night of Champions)
Paige beats AJ (AJ chases Paige for a bit)
Rusev beats Swagger (Cena vs Rusev for Survivor Series)
Cesaro beats RVD

I don't see them keeping the belt on him for that long a period of time. Are we all discounting the potential of Rollins beating Ambrose and then somehow cashing in on Lesnar? I know that sounds weird but wouldn't a cash-in kind of make sense? Keep Lesnar strong but also keep the belt on a guy who fights every week. Just a thought.

Watching some old SummerSlam matches from years gone by to get me in the mood. First up was HHH v The Rock ladder match from '98. Still as awesome as I remember it!

Most UK Bookmakers are cutting odds on Cena, and some UK Bookmakers have suspended betting on Cena...

One still give you the option to win £50 of of a £20 bet... will he overcome?
If the WWE is struggling financially, why don't they covertly put down a bundle on the pre-determined winner?

He has like 26 dates in his post WM contract; can do two a PPV; the go home show and the PPV itself. Plus it lets the Authority angle take the next step where they were so desperate to get the belt off of Cena they made the situation worse.

As for Rollins / Ambrose; I think the best way to do that is to have Bryan beat Lesnar at WM 31, Rollins goes for the cash in, and Reigns & Ambrose interfere to save Bryan. Gives Ambrose & Reigns a huge face push, and sets up Bryan vs the Authority while they get Reigns ready.

Bryan beating Lesnar at WM? What? And Rollins/Ambrose save him in the process? You smarks have gone nuts.

I'm thinking that they may give Reigns more time than just WM 31 to take out Lesnar. You do Cena/Hogan/Sting vs the Wyatts, and I am assuming no Rock, Punk, Taker, or Austin.

Reigns vs HHH
Brock vs Bryan
Cena/Hogan/Sting vs the Wyatt Family

I have no doubt Brock will win tonight, but I'm really curious to see what they do going forward. I don't know what his contract is like, but there are some interesting things they could do even without him. The most obvious is Heyman and Brock taking the company hostage, and the authority sending anyone they can get to take him down. Eventually they have to turn to Bryan who gets the job done at Mania. How they get there over the rest of the year is the hard part.

If Brock wins I would love to see Vince come back and take over the Authority saying that Stephanie and Triple H can't run things right, so he needs to do it himself. So you could have a heel and face within the Corporate side of things, and Brock could be big time heel guy with various people either coming at him for the title or trying to align themselves with him.

I just want Vince to come back and there to be a sense that there is more going on. The Authority angle is good but it feels very spare.

this match is actually really highly anticipated by the looks of things. people say wwe is fucking up and terrible constantly but i'm excited.

That plan only works if Brock is on a lot.

I will always appreciate Brock for this moment. It was like he took 15 years of my pent-up frustration of Big Show's career out on his ass.

Look at that face Big Show makes. Mother fucker was trying to let out a big ass cry like an 8 year old, and then Brock said FUCK YOU! I AINT DONE!

Dream scenario: Brock beats Cena, Rollins cashes in on Brock, Ambrose goes to ambush Rollins, they brawl a bit, Brock gets up and F5's Ambrose, then he and Rollins shake hands and he lays down for Rollins fulfilling his contract with the authority.

Okay, time for Suuuperslam.

Lesnar and Cena should be good. Not too bothered about who is winning because they're going to be jobbing to Brotista in a couple months anyway. Cena winning would be good just to see the reactions.

For the first time in 8 years, there are truly some odds to overcome.

is there anyone that seriously believes Cena. Wins. LOL isn't gonna happen?

just wondering if there is still delusional WWE fans out there in the world

As a person who doesn't follow, watch, or care anymore. I'm still looking forward to the reactions tonight when Cena goes over. For some reason, after the past 10 years people still think it has to make Booking 101 sense for him to win.

a lot of people have come back lately i think, including me, and all i know is brock beat the undertaker at wrestlemania and it wasn't even an issue then, undertaker was obviously going to win, and then he didn't. so i'm hoping that brock will beat cena. if he doesn't that's gonna be lame.

Wait so what does this mean again, cutting odds...

It means that if someone now puts a bet on, they will win less money (should the bet win), than they would have won before the odds were cut. Bookmakers do this for one of two reason.

1. Lots of money was bet at the higher odds, so the Bookmakers balance their books by increasing the odds on the other market and lowering the odds on the one that is getting more money from punters.

2. Something made it statically more likely for the that pick to win. Forgetting about WWE for a second, and looking at football, bookmakers would cut the odds on one team if there was a rumor the other football team was going to field a side with a weak squad of players.

Ultimately, there is reason to believe bookmakers now think that Cena has a greater chance of winning tonight due the recent fluctuations in the betting market. Cena is not favourite though - Lesnar still is.

The fact that WWE is predetermined really makes it hard to figure out why odds fluctuate. For example, in the last few hours before the Royal Rumble, Batista was the favourite to win, but at one point Bryan's odds were drastically cut to make him the odds on favourite. A lot of people thought this meant word got out from WWE that he was going to win the Rumble, but this ended up been wrong.

tldr: Wrestling betting is weird

Yeah it makes zero sense for Cena to win but I said the same thing about Cena/Wyatt at Mania and look how that turned out.

No way Lesnar loses tonight. Absolutely no way. It would completely nullify the Taker streak breaking.

I want to watch a Brock match. Recommend me one besides the Cena and Punk matches.
Lesnar Vs. Benoit
Lesnar vs. Taker Hell In A Cell
Lesnar Vs. Big Show (The one where the ring explodes)
Lesnar Vs. Rock Summer Slam 2002
Lesnar Vs. Team Angle & Big Show Handicap Match
