I've waited almost a month for my goat money to get unjammed, they refreshed my account three days ago and nothing's happened. Live beta, folks.

Oh, inbetween me updating the support ticket some minutes ago and now, it seems they went ahead and just added the rewards manually.
 
My credit just synced as well.

Yo. I somehow enabled cheats on my SR3 save, wtf. I don't know what I did wrong.

Once as in a random game on the current list of games will pop Playfire rewards? There are other games I have on the current rewards list that I have the achievement to get a reward that haven't popped. It took me by surprise since I thought nothing at all would be retroactive, but I will take ~$1.25.

I and others have gotten the rewards for every achievement we already had that was eligible for a reward during the time we created our accounts. I got almost $10 instantly.

Remember that it's only for rewards that were already active at the moment of account creation, so if they added something five minutes later....

Reason is that Playfire can't pull the unlock times of cheevos from Steam, they have to track it themselves so when you open an account their database registers all your existing achievements as unlocked in that instant.

Also the system isn't 100% reliable so it may not work for whatever other reasons.... you should be able to see all rewards coming your way here: https://www.playfire.com/a/rewards/own
 
Has anyone here been credited with Haters Gonna Hate? I unlocked Union Buster, then that and then Everything is Permitted but that one is missing from my rewards page.
 
I just put in a ticket for rewards i didn't get from the Star Wars day. I got 3 of them but 4 of the others didn't register.

How long does it take for them to respond?
 
I feel bad for anyone who works for their support team. Up until a few months ago, they had to handle random billing issues and occasional site problems, now they are slammed non-stop with all of these achievement credit issues. Must be a nightmare.
 
Anybody try to get this achievement in Strike Suit Zero?

STRIKE MODE EXTENDED DESTROY 20 TARGETS IN STRIKE MODE

It won't unlock for me at all.

Yeah, didn't have any issues with it, got it during the first mission where you get the strike suit. It's just a cumulative kills achievement. But apparently the game is notoriously buggy. Now, if you're talking about Playfire tracking it, only one of my SSZ achievements has been tracked so far, Tailor Made.
 
Doesn't seem like SSZ DC counts. I got some of the cheevos mentioned but Playfire didn't register them I'll give it another 24 hours and check again.

Ah damn, yeah I mean the actual game. Must be bugged for me, I'm up to mission 7 so there's really no way I couldn't have gotten it. Oh wells.
 
Anyone having difficulty unlocking achievements in the HD Serious Sams? It keeps telling me I need to be logged into Steam to view or unlock achievements, and for once it's not because Steam is actually down.

EDIT: Must have been a server issue, tried later and it worked.

I've found with some games that didn't register achievements correctly that uninstalling and then reinstalling makes them pop the next time I play, might be worth a shot. Or you might try going back and replaying the level where you first get the suit, it might be more likely to pop there.

They've added separate rewards for Strike Suit Zero: Director's Cut
The game is available now for a 85% discount making the price 2,70€.
At least for me, but that might be a special offer for people owning the vanilla version.
 
Strike Suit Zero is 2,99 at the moment at the Humble Bundle Store Sale. If you manage to get every achievment you actually make some money back.
 
I got an email about the issues they're having after i put in my support ticket yesterday:

Hello ChimpanzeeThat

Apologies for the delay in responding to your request. Our users have been very supportive of Playfire Rewards Beta, and all this activity has resulted in a small backlog in user requests to our support team. We are working hard to respond to all of our customers.

The good news is, that we have recently rolled out a fix for an issue where certain rewards were not being credited to the customers' Green Man Gaming account. This should resolve the majority of issues our users have been reporting.

It would be very helpful if you were able to verify if your issue still persists and let us know accordingly.

The recent changes may take 24 hours to replicate on your account, we suggest all users log into their GMG account on a regular basis to ensure rewards are being transferred correctly. Logging into your GMG account prompts Playfire for an update, as long as they are linked correctly.

If your issue still persists after 24 hours, please let us know and we will look further into your particular issue. Otherwise, when replying to this ticket in Playfire support, you may tick the box "Please consider this issue resolved" to avoid any further messages.

Got an email that they just applied the credit from the mis-recorded Steam achievement to my Playfire account, so at least that's taken care of now. :)
 
We got Walking Dead rewards incoming, I tweeted Playfire about it and they told me to "keep my eyes out".

Unfortunately I already unlocked the achievements last night. :(

Hmm, I have Rush Bros I think, and I wouldn't mind an extra fiver. Might give this a crack.

Edit: Achievements look to be mostly of the "complete x under a certain time limit", will see what I can do anyway.
 
i don't get how this works..i'm on the page were all the achievments and he rewards are listed,but my balance is still 0 euros..how do you put the rewards into your own balance to use it on gmg?
