Ah I see. I'm actually interested in checking out SummerSlam now. Lesnar destroying Cena on a PPV sounds too good to be true.

Hulk = Brock
Loki = Cena

Cena and Bryan have been wresting for about the same number of years, they both started in late 1999, pretty sure Cena actually had his first match before Bryan had his. Only difference is that Cena didn't start wrestling with a high frequency until after he debuted in WWE in 2002 but regardless of the style Cena has at least just as much mileage on him as Bryan.

The comment was in context of whether it would be worth using up two very long term storyarcs (Taker Streak + Cena getting turned into a jobber) for someone who doesn't have that many more years as a full-time on the road wrestler probably (Bryan). Whether Cena or Bryan have more mileage isn't my point, it is that you wouldn't want either of them to be the one who beat Lesnar and gets that massive rub. Want it to be someone like Reigns or Cesaro, I think.

Anyone think they would let Kurt have one last match against Brock? Then again Angle probably cant pass the physical and I am just put this out there but for Maina what if they brought Shawn Michaels out of retirement to wrestler one last match again Brock. fuck it you want the biggest WM of all time bring Austin out to wrestle against Brock. Surely Austin could hold up for one more match or am I crazy. I can dream !!!!!!!!!!

If Angle was in shape, this would be an amazing match. I'm pretty sure Brock wouldn't mind either since they're friends. One can dream.... :P

I saw the corpse of the Undertaker the last few WMs. Surely Kurt can hold up better than that with time to heal.

Undertaker isn't a drug addict who beat the shit out of an already injured body long after he should have stopped. Kurt's time to take time off to heal was 2006.

Why do you want to see these guys way past their prime take on a guy just hitting his prime?

You really want to see Kurt die from a german suplex?

What young guys on the roster do you want to see take on Brock? I would love to see Dean Ambrose or Cesaro but that's not going to happen. I would take any guy I mentioned over the Rock, Cena or Roman Reigns which is likely to happen. Also the WWE is far from having a bunch of choir boys in the locker room plus Angle had plenty of great matches past 2006.

If there is anything giving Cena mileage it's his lack of proper ring gear. He'said had a few ankle injuries iirc

You're just fantasy booking here without actually thinking it through. Austin should never get into the ring again, his legacy is set in stone, same with HBK. Neither of them is going to perform like they did in their prime so there's zero reason to drag them out. Angle put on good matches post 2006 simply because he was high as fuck and didn't care. I don't need to see that.

There's a lot of time between now and WM for something to be built.

If he was rushing back he'd either have taken the second surgery as soon as it was proposed or have ignored the suggestion outright. That he's still waiting on whether he needs it or not suggests he's looking at the bigger picture.

Welp, F4Radio sez: Daniel Bryan still has no strength in his right hand. He was supposed to have surgery and his doctors decided to run more tests instead. Bryan wants the surgery so he can return 90 days thereafter and get back in the mix.

You did see the part of my post where I said I can Dream obviously I am fantasy booking. I don't know about Kurt Angle now but he had amazing matches past 2006 because he's one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all time. I don't know what your bashing Kurt angle thing is over his drug problems but man you most hate a lot of pro wrestlers then if that is your problem with him. You want to see high as fuck and don't care see that PPV match with Jeff Hardy and Sting.

Kurt is my favorite of all time.

Not wanting to see someone die in ring isn't bashing them. I don't want to see beat up, drugged out, near death Angle in the ring no matter how good the match is. What happens in the ring doesn't exist in a vacuum. If he could pass the WWE's physical, sure, let him have another match, but he can't and wouldn't.

I understand that I am just saying if he could go the taker route of one match at mania only and retire like they did with Flair I would love to see it. I mean it would be more realistic to send him off against Bryan in a very technical match then against Brock. But I do agree I don't want to see him die and man if you missed he matches past 2006 you missed out. the matches against Samoa Joe, AJ styles and Nigel McGuinness were so good. He also had strong matches with Sting and Jeff Jarrett.

I saw a lot of those matches, but knowing how bad of shape he was in made me too uncomfortable to really enjoy them. I even have a hard time watching some of his late WWE stuff for the same reason. It's like watching Benoit take a bump on his head, you know it leads somewhere bad and it's too real to watch.

He was awesome as a heel during his relationship with AJ. It was only when he went full on babyface did he become lame.

Remember "Shutup AJ". One of the best Smackdown moments ever.

I don't think he can act, but he seems like he really is a crabby, impatient dude in real life, so if anything, that gimmick works for him.

100% bullshit.

He just fucking sucks dick at playing CENA BABYFACE.

His "I don't know when I'll be back from this injury" promo was completely unscripted and it was god fucking awful. Dude can't talk unless it's just him being crabby and heelish.

Old time wrestling fan here, who stopped watching after the "Attitude era", but still reads the results of RAW and PPVs.

Just wondering was it that great of an idea to have Lesnar squash Cena? Is there anyone at all who can believably give Lesnar a run for his money? Or is he going to be booked in some goofy feud now where he turns face and gets jumped by that fat slob Wyatt?

No one here books WWE television, despite claims to the contrary.
