Hard to say. It varies between employers and the number of applicants, but it could be anywhere from a few days to weeks to never. It might be worth following up a week or so after your application, could help your odds.

Realized and accepted it when I was 15. I haven't come out to anybody yet. One thing I'm glad about is that I knew not to hate myself for my sexuality from the start.

Parents seemed to take it well enough, though I've only been out to them for a year or so. I can't really gauge their opinions seeing as actually asking them would be incredibly awkward, though at least they're silently staring at me and breaking into tears a lot less frequently now.
I never had to find out my sexuality because I always knew, I always knew I was different than other boys, but I've never officially come out of the closet to my family, I was always in denial about it, until 2010 when I just said, "bitch, you know you liked boys since you were little so stop denying it" and here I am.

I'm not a terribly open person to begin with and I'm certain that my mother wouldn't be happy about it.
13-14, somewhere in there. Stressed over it for about 5 or so months and then realized there wasn't any changing that. My parents being center-left helped quite a bit in that respect.

And I realised I as into dudes when I was 14 and went straight from 'wait I think I like this dude' to 'well yeah, duh, I like guys' so no acceptance time or anything.

I began to realize something was up in the 4th grade so like 10-11? I don't think I really knew what being gay meant at that age, but I just knew I started to look at guys in my class a bit differently. I remember finding myself staring across the table at this other guy in my class and not really knowing why. By like age 13-14, I knew for sure, but I didn't fully admit it to myself until much later. I tried to convince myself I was straight despite not finding women sexually attractive while constantly having crushes on all my guy friends in high school.
No one in my family knows I'm gay - I'm only out to my friends. My parents are very religious/ultra-conservative and they would *not* being accepting at all. Hearing what my parents say about gay people really hurts, and I've started to distance myself emotionally from them as a result. My brother and his wife would be supportive (I think), but I still haven't told them yet. ;/
