Think we're probably gonna have the season everyone expected us to have last season. And I'm alright with that, mostly because we need some goddamn defense if we're actually going to go anywhere. Any wakeup call in that regard is a good thing.

Got some of the best goal scorers in the league with Perry and Patches, then guys who could go off with assists in Backstrom and to a lesser extent Koivu and Suter. Gudas will get me a ton of penalty minutes. Just realized I have two Anaheim defenders. I hope they both do well I guess.
Good support players and a great goalie in Varlamov. Will play whoever is playing on a given night for the Wild, who should be a top ten defensive team again. The goalies will benefit from that.

OK. He's been playing with LSchenn the whole time. They struggled as the first pairing against a Toronto team with most of their big guns playing, but that wasn't surprising. They will be the 3rd pairing unless something odd happens.

- Good. This all but guarantees we keep enough kids up and should increase Kozun's chances (I still think he deserves a spot anyways). Clarkson only had one tip in goal and was invisible otherwise.

- Feel bad about this...he wanted to get another shot and it just didn't work out. I don't think he ever 'paid' the KHL to leave; it was likely Leafs money anyways. I'd like him in the AHL to get used to the speed to possibly get called up later, but oh well.

It would be pretty easy to tailor fake insider information like this. We will never know if this person is telling the truth.
But its pretty easy to see that Destiny went through some development hell and we ended up with a completely different game.
He's on a one-way contract right? Well if he's serious about being an NHLer, he probably shouldn't give up after a handful of pre-season games.

They definitely had a lot more and they cut and stripped it down to the mess that we now have so they could ship on time. Not sure whether Bungie or Activision is responsible for the mess, sounds like Halo 2.
