Anybody know a good place to farm Relic Iron?

Just patrol the barrens in Mars, go straight with your sparrow and you will find a place where 4 cabals fight a bunch of Vex ( 5 goblins and 1 minotaur) if you check the surroundings there is a small dome-like building, 2 tunnels and a cave, just stay there running around killing mobs, there is 9 spots at least where you can find crates (right of the dome, inside, over it in 2 places, both tunnels and tunnel entrances, the vex cave and surroundings)

I wish I would have leveled a Titan instead of my Hunter. I just do not like the Hunter, maybe if I pvp'd more...but it just isn't fun in PvE. GG is fun and all but it really should have more than three shots.

Yep. Really should be able to get a minimum of 6 shards back from a fully upgraded piece.

The grind they expect me to do is insane. You have to deposit all your shards into the pre-raid gear in order to be really competent for the raid, but you fucking lose everything once you actually DO get the raid gear.

Who thought this shit was acceptable?

pretty sweet haul in the raid tonight for me. got the 2 remaining pieces i need to hit 30(shit rolls however) and the scout rifle from atheon, which is awesome. would love to get an icebreaker to put the scout rifle to use but i just can't rock pocket infinity in raids

Are you using a helm for your exotic slot? Someone mentioned to me in some stream that raid helms don't drop in normal mode.

That means you advanced the mission to the checkpoint just after the doors open.

Friday and Saturday, he's not there Sunday past the usual daily reset time, people keep missing him expecting him to be ther for 72 hours, not 48.



I think one of the exotic weapons has a chest or item radar location perk. Chest and spinmetal runs while waiting for Devil Walker are enjoyable, as are spirit on Venus in that DW area and the moon loop is great. Mars hasn't clicked for me and Iron is the one I'm always going out of my way to gather.

Mars is easy to farm, just head straight ahead about ten seconds from the spawn to the outpost in the valley and due the chest circuit.

It has a high percentage of chests that drop 10+ iron, a respawning relic iron node, quickly respawn ing enemies, a public event AND a "enemy is moving against each other" every 30 odd minutes.

You can get 50 plus iron in 30 minutes, as well as a whole host of blues.

It's the chests at make this run, they respawn almost instantly at the different locations, if two of you do it you can really clean up.

Thanks man!! And I did it in 5. Leveled up a second titan so I was able to switch my gear back and forth. My whole raid group did that so it made it a lot easier.

Xur is in a different spot every week. You'll need Strange Coins and Motes of Light to buy stuff. He only sells exotic.

Exotic bounties are seemingly random. I've only ever gotten one despite handing in multiple bounties every day. The postmaster gives them to you I believe, I can't really remember.

I am indeed. I have yet to see anyone in my group get a helmet drop so that might be true cause we haven't done the hard raid yet

I also have 193 Relic Iron at the moment, so I guess it works.

Will depend on the slot. We've seen primaries cost 23 so far, and heavies cost 17. So specials if they show up will likely cost 20.

Just completed Nightfall again to help some folks on my FL out. One guy got the Gjallahorn exotic rocket launcher, the other got a legendary chest engram. Guess what that legendary turned out to be... a rare/blue. He was pissed to say the least and it's understandable.

Also, just got another exotic weapon bounty, choices were Thorn, Bad Juju and Invective. Since I already have Invective and I dislike pulse rifles I went with Thorn. Probably won't get much use though, but it'll be nice to have.

You get vision of confluence and atheons epilogue are dropped from beating the raid on normal.

Vex mythoclast is dropped from beating the raid on hard.

They are all primaries and you can Damn near solo the nightfall with them.
In terms of great arc special and heavy weapons, better start praying to rngesus.
