i did a random strike today and a gurl added me as a friend after it, we haven't talked yet but i'm pretty sure i'm going to marry her.
Its not a dating service, its a video game.
I've never come across a female player in any online game.

I do.
You'll never see me have a mic on with randoms, but I don't mind at all talking with Gaffers.
I've played with two. Step your game up.
Binder full of woman lolThis is one of my raiding team members. You can play with her OP, but I will have to charge you. lol
Edit: Destiny is a binder full of women. I have never seen so many girls in a online video game before.

Well, Destiny lies at developer diaries and overall cheap ass quality of the game, means I will not spend a single penny in Bungie ever.
What a scam.
Dyestin
Destiny, the area they literally told "I could go there right now" in that infamous dev diary.
Destiny:
- Corridor conected sections sold as open world.
- 10 minutes of incoherent cinematics sold as inmersive storytelling.
- 8 weapons with different stats solds as zillion on weapons.
- Tiny area with 3 useless vendors sold as multiple huge social hubs.
- Endless loading screens with spaceships sold as space exploring.
- 20 missions (most of them in same places) with almost same objetives, played again and again, sold as MMO progress.
- No lore sold as huge and deep lore.
- Etc...
Not sure what this Bungie guys did for 5 years of development, I guess browsing porn and shit.
Bungie, they scammed me 60 bucks with Destiny, they will get another penny from my cold and blue hands (I mean after killing me, do not mind my avatar).
According to Angry Joe is: http://youtu.be/GBLMwocAFrkDestiny
Destiny I guess, if 5 minutes of cinematics qualifies as story.
Destiny is like a son of WoW and Halo, but aborted.

I'd still like to know why it matters to OP.
I am number 3. There's a few female players active in the OT. And frankly they are damn good players. If you reveal yourself to be a girl in an online game you'll get one of three reactions.
1. Guys are going to be overly nice and start competing for your attention/wanting to help you out/try to give you things/'protect you'. Maybe they'll get in on that sexy time.
2. They are going to harass you/be dicks/annoying, 'grills can't play gamez. Get back in the kitchen'
3. They don't care and treat you like any other guy in the game, this is the least likely thing to happen.
This is just my observations through the years of online games so I understand why girls don't reveal their gender.
I've never come across a female player in any online game.
Should've play UNO on XBL between 12am and 4am back in the day. It was quite a show.
Cucumber factory. Is it like a bananafactory?
So after four months of playing Destiny, and reaching a friends list on my PS4 in excess of 100 people, I have encountered... zero women. Nada. Zilch. Zero.

Not one single person I found online, on a forum, on a matchmaking site, in-game, a friend of a friend, or in a random party has been a woman playing Destiny.
In fact I think the sum total of non-masculine voices coming over the mic was a few party member's wives or girlfriends chatting in the background.
So what's going on here? Is Destiny 100% male much like CoD? Are the handful of people I met refusing or not using a mic actually women who don't want to get harassed? Am I, or my (adult, married/girlfriended/parent) male friends jerks on the mic?
