I don't know. I feel like there should be some immunity when you land or something. Or it should jump you to where your partner IS and not where they WERE when you hit jump on the gamepad. There is no way to tell when your teammates are getting shot up since no one can tell you, and often times the jump takes so long that by the time you land either your team mate saw the threat and are running away, or are already dead and you're a sitting duck.

There have been multiple times I've died because I jumped to a partner who saw that someone was setting up a Killer Wail, and they had run away and got out of the line of fire, but it jumped me right into a death. I don't know how that's me using the mechanic badly when there is no indication that my partner was in any danger in the first place.

The "Recon" ability can help you with that. I'm found a clothing with that as the main ability and 2 empty ability slots. It's great!

All of that can happen in this game too lol. It's worse though in the sense that you would have to play with randoms, but outside of that, it is better all around.

Joining and leaving is so easy that you should try anyways. I'm kinda glad there is no spectating cause it helps in that being possible. If you happen to join a full room, you can leave immediately. And try another friend or join a random lobby.

What's the brand? If your shoes are Rockenburg then that really isn't that weird due to Run Speed being that brand's common ability.
