Well, first of all, just to explain to the Commissioner, describe the quarterback room. Is it kind of some secret sanctuary like the Bat Cave that only the most special people get invited in? What kind of people are in the quarterback room every day?

Simplified, NFL edited the "independent" investigation and won't say how much it was edited.
 
Every day that passes the world will be more and more convinced that this was in fact a witch hunt by the NFL.

There is no credibility to the Wells Report, anyone being objective knows that.

You're never going to here an objective opinion on this. If you care enough to post you're either defending the Pats or attacking the Pats for the lols or if you're dead serious because they made your QB puke up moms spaghetti in the Superbowl.

Can you blame them? It's the only way other teams have a chance. Get Brady suspended for as long as possible so that the Pats don't make the playoffs, saving their teams the inevitable loss.

...and they call the Pats cheaters. Heh.

I can't wait to see Brady sue the NFL for defamation over this (which he has a good chance of winning, due to the false report on the ball deflation levels leaked from the inside the NFL which they refused to correct or allow the Patriots to correct, among other things). Lets see how willing Goodell is to give up his cell phone and email records.

I forgot which case (Rice?), but in one of them he was asked to hand them over and he denied them. I think it was Mike Florio who reported it.
 
Wow. This is turning out to he better for Brady and the NFLPA than I originally thought. I really hope Brady doesn't settle at this point.

Let Goodell take a nice smacking in court.
 
The Scarborough, Maine police out here is refusing to protect Goodell's vacation home from harassment. Goodell's been holed up for days.

Why does he vacation in New England? What a moron.

ESPN only covers this story when news breaks that supports Goodell.
 
well surprise surprise, Goodell is incompetent. not like he has a track record of similar behavior spanning his entire tenure as commissioner.


the first half of this thread is probably a pretty entertaining read right about now. so many people were so willing to go to bat for Goodell and the NFL on this.
 
It's pretty fucking ridiculous that the Pats lost a 1st and 4th round over this.

It's even more so that the NFL was spreading shit about the Wells report being independent, and then not thinking someone would ask if anyone in the office got an advanced copy and actually had the ability to edit it.
