The security for that will be crazy. They won't cancel it or anything - neither should they - but probably a lot of checks on trains, roads, at the stadiums and police in the streets.

I don't speak about carrying guns. I mean that we shouldn't be so terrorized by this because this is what they want. They want us to fear to step outside. Which they won't suceed with.
Think it's more to do with getting attention and with affecting a large number of people rather than anything directly to do with sport, then again hard to say for sure. You're talking about one explosion near a football stadium / football match, one hostage situation at a theatre/concert, and a shooting at a restaurant at minimum, perhaps those places were chosen for more than simply that, who knows right now.

He said how Hebdo was nothing compared what they expected, what's happening now is a clearer picture of what we/he expects, what experts expected, claimed that most of the shooters are "French" or Muslim immigrants to France, went off about how he wished he could carry his gun, etc.

I feel like a piece of shit that upon hearing that it was a Eagles of Death Metal concert, my first thought was to wonder if the band was OK. I guess it's because it's a group of people that I know of instead of a random person in France, but it made things scarier. I can only hope that the reports that the hostages are being killed off one by one is false, but I fear that it isn't the case.
Condolences to everyone who has died and I hope the authorities stop this before it gets worse and bring those involved to justice. Truly awful.
