I guess I sleep due to some psychological issues so badly as of late. I'm wary of learning the language of a country I don't feel very connected to and of course there is the lack of a romantic relationship. All culminates into a depression that has a psychosomatic effect on me.

bah... getting a medical professional involved seems like a waste of time when OTC drugs work just fine, especially since I don't have any food allergies. It's just seasonal stuff from the heat and pollen.

I asked about your sleep because it occurred to me that some sort of treatment might be adversely affecting your ability to sleep, but I'm not a doctor so I'm not going to speculate any further. It sounds like you already know what's up.

I guess though I have no problem with getting clothes so long as they're nice but I never get nice clothes besides one sweater pretty much ever.
