I don't have official numbers but a huge contingent of the crowd here is female. Very nearly half or possibly even more than that. Also the security is super on top of things. The protestors aren't being allowed anywhere near the attendees.

I don't even know if I'm gonna go yet. My friends play is on Saturday (my two high school friends started a theater company. She wrote it, he's directing), and get there plus tickets to Rubbermatch are gonna be close to $400. Plus, I'll need to conserve monies.
The NYC Demo & Play event is on the following Wednesday.
It's a tough decision. It would mean we'd push our schedule back to the end of summer if the DLC in May does not make a huge number of resales.
