Update: Yesterday I went on that date with that girl and she later stated she had a good time and wanted me to be with her longer.
Today everything went Good, she actually sent me some cute pictures and her in her bra. Later tonight she stared to ask about more sexual questions. Which even to me was a bit different for less then a week talking. She then sent me sexy pictures and I said I won't show her anything below so I gave her shirtless photos. Everything seemed to be going fine then literally ten minutes ago. I tried messaging her good night. Got no response and noticed she deleted me on all social media.

ANYWAY
On my second day here in Hokkaido, tried to do some shopping and decided to stop for famous soup curry instead of continuing shopping. Woo boy was that a great idea! The wait for the shop was over 40 minutes, someone from a rival one came and was telling people to go to theirs haha, lady comes to me and starts speaking, to my surprise the lady in front turns around and has no idea what she's saying so I help her. And wow she's a pretty Lady from Busan... We go to the restaurant and get sat together and I help her order and what not, we end up sitting there for an hour and a half just talking hitting it off pretty well.
Leave together and end up walking and talking more, getting kinda lost and checking out the various tourist places together. It was super fun and completely out of nowhere. Got her info and what not and trying to convince her to do the bungee jump with me tomorrow haha.
Completely out of nowhere and super messed up my planned day but it was a great 6 hours. Sucks nothing will come of this but she's pretty, fun, and chill to just wander a city with a stranger lol. Which sounds bad written haha. But not just different cities, but different countries, though she does seem interested in the city I live in for her next Japan trip since its easy to get to for her. Won't be anything for now if ever but man..... I'm smitten for the next few days.

Most of my exes friend's are still my friends, but it really did sour some of our relationships. Pick a side, I doubt the other party will hold it against you, and if they do, they are pretty petty.
It sometimes works if you don't pick and just keep talking with both of them (it's not your business after all). I usually do just that if I consider them to be close enough, but it can get a bit hectic.

I think MogCakes is right. Girl agreed to go out with me, I followed up with a specific date yesterday, have yet to hear back from her and she was pretty consistent at responding for 2 - 3 days. Regardless, if they don't text back in a few days, I assume they're not interested. I don't give up on the per se, but I put my attention elsewhere, other dating opportunities. If they reply and we can set something up, great. But I don't waste my time waiting for a reply.

In this case they had a lot of common friends between them, and I was doing a lot of back and forth between the two as the relationship deteriorated.
When this happened with my circle of friends, I stayed friends with both. When one of them got pissy about talking to the other, I just decided to only talked to the other lol. Whenever I get a dumbass "it's either me or them/him/her" I always go with the person NOT making a petty ultimatum lol
If you were there for both when they needed you, they will appreciate you regardless - I wouldn't pick a side unless things started to sour fast. I think this goes without saying, but try not to meddle (any more): Support them if they need you to, but this is something they need to settle themselves.
Gaiages' advice is really solid, they probably just need a bit of time to cool off, but by doing this you might make them realize they are beeing needy/selfish.
