MMOs and games with contractual obligations won't be exclusive. Everything else is Xbox Exclusive.

Naw will be sour grapes. All of the sudden these games will become no big deal or everybody will all of the sudden have a 3090.
They can't say all will be exclusive, because that obviously won't be true (the two PS5 games) . But this is about putting out games where Gamepass is.

Contractual obligations( Deathloop etc.), existing online games like Elder Scrolls and Fallout 76 will be supported on other platforms. Everything else exclusive to xbox, pc, everything that has game pass on it like android etc. No PlayStation.

Good on Xbox for keeping those exclusives, microsoft is big but the xbox brand needs a little push. I'll enjoy the games on pc.

Key thing to keep in mind here is that these games will still available "wherever GamePass is". So, they aren't 100% shutting out Sony, Nintendo etc. but it does mean those platform holders would need to work with Microsoft on some model for GamePass to integrate into their current ecosystem, one way or another.
You can technically argue Sony does that now if they're using Azure since GamePass is powered by Azure, same as PS Now and PS+, but that's an extreme reach. Some people will still run with it though xD.

Phil Spencer actually said that they will determine platforms for future games based on the IPs presence on other platforms. All new IPs will be exclusive but existing IPS and their sequels could still release on other platforms if there is a large enough fanbase there.No it was pretty clear.
