This year it seems as if Sony is doing the under-promise and then over-deliver method, it's pretty much a showcase disguised as an SOP.

I just want to see DS2, man I really loved the first game.

Nah, more likely just much complaining that the showing is disappointing because it doesn't live up to the standards of past E3 keynotes.

I'm going to throw the gauntlet down now, and say, knowing that Stellar Blade, Rise of the Ronin, and DS2 are there in some form, the other 12+ games would need to be bloody awful for the SOP to be worse than the Xbox show.

The last SoP's were surprisingly good and well received, while the showcase was a surprising disappointment nobody expected.
So I would not write off this SoP, but I hope for an impressive show case in summer. It is getting time we hear something about the Sony 1st party studios after all that time.
